We reserve the right to charge a penalty cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500 (based on the size of the unit) to any individual found smoking. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.

This vacation rental was great for our needs and exactly as advertised. Check in by door code was very easy. We enjoyed the view and walking down to the water. The parking space was a life saver; we could sight see all day and not worry about finding parking. The location and view were very nice as it was a little colder than usual and we could enjoy the Pacific without going outside! kitchen is well equipped, We had a minor sink blockage and it was handled right away.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our stay. Centrally located to beach and restaurants and the sunset views were amazing. One of the cleanest and well maintained residences I have stayed at through VRBO. We will definitely use this again when we return for a visit.
