Chill with the family at this peaceful place to stay! This 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom home has everything you could want! Stylish and modern yet cozy and close to everything. Just minutes away from The Greene shopping mall, dining restaurants. And about 15 minutes away from UD, Miami Valley Hospital, Grandview Hospital. Relax on the deck and enjoy the view of The Greene and the wonderfully active area! Washer and dryer available on site. Order carry out from one of Daytons/ Kettering restaurants or make dinner in the nicely appointed kitchen! Extra blankets.

Unfortunately the entire apartment building reeked of weed. The apartment unit itself was as described but no getting around the smell. Which wouldn’t have been a big deal if I didn’t have my infant with me. Unfortunately unable to get a refund. We didn’t end up staying here at all and made other arrangements.

The property was as advertised - no surprises and easy check-in/check-out procedures. Very convenient location being right across the street from The Greene with multiple stores, restaurants, fitness center, movie theater, and easy access to I-675.
