Great place to spend a couple days. Pictures are accurate. Place was very clean and spacious. Appreciated the parking as street parking would have been difficult. A bath mat and a TV in the bedroom would be my minor suggestions for improvement. Communications with the company concerning an issue at the apartment started off slow and caused us some delays in our scheduled activities for the day but they stepped up and helped us resolve it so we could get on with our day. Overall, it was a very nice stay. Thank you.

Loved the property itself but the neighborhood isn't the best. I would not want my wife staying there by herself. There is a homeless shelter a few streets down and I had a homeless man sitting against the building beside my car two different nights in a row.

This listing doesn't even do the quality of this vrbo justice. This is the CLEANEST rental we have ever stayed in. The communication with the property manager was top notch. Many restaurants were within walking distance. It was wonderful having a designated parking spot. We were able to watch some shows b/c the streaming services were fantastic. We can't wait to return!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It's in a prime location to Cincinnati and NKY, close to many things to do. The space was very comfortable and just what we needed for home away from home. The street was also quiet.

We absolutely loved the apartment. Close to the downtown bars and food. Location is not the best and the parking lot is not ideal. All in all the property is great and clean. Would stay again if the location was in a better neighborhood.

The apartment was so easy to get to, it was great having a whole parking lot available next to the building. The location of the apartment was perfect for my husband and myself. We were a short drive away from the grocery store, the highway and a lot of parks. It’s also walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. My only reason for taking a star off was that I could tell this was a remodel because dust and debris from drilling was on top of the refrigerator and on the shelves that the clean dishes sat in so I had to rinse each cup/mug before drinking out of it.
