Very nice property, great location. Cruising out of Port Canaveral, arrived in town a few days early to get vacation started. Property so nice spent most of the time just enjoying the pool.

Very Spacious, large bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved the large pool area. Close to Publixs and serveral restaurants and ice cream shop. Only concern, was wishing it had an additional high lock on the pool door. Looking forward to renting this house again! Very Nice!

If you’re looking for not fancy and checks all the boxes a block from the beach for a small to medium sized group/family then this is it. Great enclosed pool, cute stretch of beach about 4 blocks from the pier, blue collar beach vibes neighborhood, and half a mile from “downtown” cocoa beach which has most of your essentials.

We were very pleased with the location and the accomodations of this property. It was exactly what was advertised . Beds were comfortable and Mia was a great host ! Close to the beach and not that far from Universal and Disney.

There is not one thing that this place doesn't have that you need absolutely amazing every bedroom was perfect The fact that they had two refrigerators just floored me an amazing washer and dryer beautiful pool beautiful picnic area absolutely plenty and there were 12 of us plenty of room to spread your wings and relax and so close to the beach.

The house was very clean with nice large bathrooms and bedrooms, kitchen and living room area and pool area. Beds were comfortable and our family had a good time. The house was much bigger inside than looks on the outside. The most important thing to us about renting a house is that it is clean and that we got.

We had a great time! The house, yard, and pool were all clean and exactly as pictured. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. The kitchen had everything we needed. The check-in process was simple and the owner contacted us (through the VRBO app) a few times to ensure all was well.

We LOVED this beautiful home! Lots of room for our extended family of nine. The owner thought of everything we would need, beach towels, beach wagon, beach chairs, so many extras inside and the beautiful pool area. The property was super close to the beach and restaurants and shopping. It was our first trip to Cocoa Beach. We can’t wait to come back. We will definitely stay here again. 5⭐️

We had an amazing time at this property. We were shocked how well stocked this house was with everything from anything you needed in the kitchen/bathroom/shower to pool toys/floats and all beach equipment. The house was clean and location was perfect and safe. Just a few minute walk to the beach. The outdoor space was amazing. Our kids were swimming in the pool by 9 am every day and had space to play outside the pool. Mia was so quick to respond to any questions we had. We highly recommend this property!

This property was perfect for our family of eight to stay in for one night prior to leaving on a cruise out of Port Canaveral. Plenty of towels, nice beds, etc. The only drawback to staying in a property like this is the early checkout time. We were to leave by 10am but couldn’t check in on the ship until 1pm. Mia did give us an extra 30 minutes but couldn’t go any later due to needing to flip the house for incoming guests (which we completely understood!). Might just want to get an earlier embarkation time if you stay here before cruising!

we loved this home from the pool to the rooms and location however we had bed bugs in the one room where my niece and sister were bitten and found 3 crawling on my niece when she went to bed. Mia was quick to respond but the damage was done as upon returning from the trip, some bugs travelled with them and. my sister had to have her entire house treated. such a shame and horrible way to end our amazing trip. I hope they resolved the issues.

This clean, updated house has everything needed for a great stay. Excellent location- 1 minute walk to the beach, a short walk to the pier, with many restaurants located within a mile. The pool is heated and is well lit at night creating great ambiance for a relaxing evening. Outside of the pool area there is plenty of room for grilling and family activities. Host Mia was easy to work with and very receptive to all correspondence and making sure everything was as expected for us (which it was!). Can’t wait to rent again!

Was absolutely amazing. The property was excellent and space for all 8 of us adults. Each couple had their own room. The pool was awesome, along with the patio. The closeness to the beach could not have impressed us more. We were able to take 5 minutes to walk down to the beach and enjoy the sunrise and the beautiful weather and views. The hose was great. Allowed us to drop off our luggage in the morning after we disembarked from our cruise and allowed us to check in 1.5 hours earlier once the cleaning was done. I would highly recommend this property.

This place is immaculate, She thought of everything. You will not want die anything. We stayed one night before our cruise. There were 9 of us, we could have stayed all week. One of the people we were traveling with rents her condo with Vrbo too. She said she was very impressed. Don’t wait….Book this home, You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful property, well laid out for a family gathering with several smaller family units. Beautifully maintained and furnished. It was a short 2 minute walk to the beach. The pool was heated and clean. We would have loved to have soent more than one evening, but it was a perfect location for getting to Port Canaveral in the morning. Woudl definitely stay again amd recommend to our friends!

The location was perfect! A short minute walk to the beach and conveniently located within 1/2 mile to restaurants and shopping. The pool and additional amenities provided by the property was amazing, it felt like a home away from home! The only complaint we had was the cleanliness of the property. At first glance it looks clean and smells clean, but when we were in search for beds, we found out that underneath the couch cushions there was enough food to feed a small child. The underskirt of the bed in one of the rooms also had visible signs that it had not been cleaned. Overall great property, just needed a little more touch of additional cleaning.

We only stayed one night at this property. We booked for the night before our cruise out of Port Canaveral. This house is as described. The owner was responsive and friendly. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The heated pool was a plus! We would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice area but we had an issue with being bitten by bed bugs and spiders. For the price I paid that should not be an issue. We tried to use the grill but only one burner would light and it didn’t get hot enough to cook anything. We were very disappointed with the issues we had and will not recommend it to others or return.☹️

Everything about the stay was flawless. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic + necessities and the location was excellent 5 min to the beach and close to all attractions and restaurants . Very comfortable for our family of 8 people. We stayed here for a few days before a cruise but enjoyed it so much we may come back just to explore the Coco Beach area some more! The location was outstanding with a short walk to the beach and plenty of local amenities. The house has ample space with 4 real bedrooms making it perfect for 4 couples. The extra room had 2 futons which would be perfect for kids. Well appointed open kitchen and great room which meant everyone could be together without crowding. Backyard with the pool (a little chilly in December) and a flat top grill that made cooking for a crowd a pleasure.
Overall, an easy in and out. Host was responsive to any questions, check in/check out was a breeze.

We had a great time on our Florida Beach Trip and this house was a great part of that. It is a great floor plan with something for everyone in our group. We all loved the pool and grill area. It was only a short walk to the beach. The house was clean and welll equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Mia, the owner, was very responsive and a wonderful host.

Beautiful hope with plenty of space! Mia was a wonderful host and was always available for our needs. The house was well stocked with the bare necessities you wouldn’t think you would find. My family and I loved the closeness to the beach as well as the private pool. Overall a wonderful place to stay in Cocoa Beach!

The home is recently renovated, and the one Master King bedroom and bath are very nice. The description mentioned 2 King beds and there was only one, all others were Queens. The children loved the playroom which also served as a bedroom. It did require moving the sleeping grandchild from one room to another (play/game room) when the parents were ready for bed. The bedroom with a pack and play for the baby was a nice section of space for privacy. The extra table and sitting area weren't used. It would have been nicer to be able to have the baby in a separate area to provide better sleep for parents. Location was great for access to Cocoa Beach. We enjoyed watching rocket launches from the beach! Kitchen was well stocked. There was an ant problem in the kitchen, little ants that even with spray that was available didn't eliminate the problem. Appliances were very nice and up to date and laundry room provided nice space for storage. Pool and beach toys/items were helpful and enjoyed. Bedroom and bathroom off the kitchen by door to pool has no noise insulation. Once others are awake and moving in the morning, you're awake. Beds were comfortable according to everyone and the children loved the home. Grill out back is a griddle and works fine for hamburgers, not so well for other cuts of meat. Contacted manager about noise from alarm/door system and they were helpful. The home is fully monitored.

This house was perfect for my family with included 6 adults and 4 children!! We all enjoyed the pool and backyard amenities. The location couldn't have been more perfect from the beach (a quick drive). Would highly recommend and would stay here again if/when in the area!
