We really enjoyed our stay here for our anniversary!
Areas that were 5 out of 5 stars:
The neighborhood was quiet
The location is beautiful
We had dishes and soaps already there for us
Check-in was SUPER easy
The bed is comfortable
Fans and window unit keep the trailer cool (but not cold)
Areas that were 4 out of 5 stars:
There is a chicken coop now (which I don’t think is listed), and someone stopped by a few times to give them water.
The blinds are bamboo, so during the day, you can’t see into the camper, but at night, you can see all the way through. (The owner did tell us we could hang towels, but I could never figure out a good way to do that)
We will definitely be booking again when we return to the area!

Four day get away. The place is near town and it is out by a low key low land. It has what you need. The person managing everything does a good job of getting back if there are any needs. Cool little place for a quick get away.

My husband and I absolutely loved this camper and the location of it! It’s very quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this stay and we will more than likely book again!

This place is an amazing little getaway with a relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful sunrise. It has everything you would need. Just excellent and love the hammock too! 🙂 Will definitely stay there again.

The property is very nice with a hammock and very easy kayak access to a nice inlet. It was a very relaxing stay!

This property really lent itself to relaxation and enjoying the outdoors. Location is excellent with marsh views as far as the eye can see and a lovely canal for paddle boarding and kayaking. I loved having the outdoor shower and fire pit for the evenings. Plenty of seating for sunning, lounging around and a bonus hammock which I really enjoyed! Thanks for the great stay and being so responsive!

Loved the stay here! So secluded, but quick access to all we wanted to do. The owners were responsive and very kind. We spent all our time outdoors and it was beautiful. The outdoor shower is divine!

This place was exactly as advertised! The tankless water heater was amazing for the tub outside!

Great private secret!! Warm and comfortable, fire pit, and beautiful view. Property owner is very polite and respectful, and always available. Really wonderful place.

It is a tight space in the trailer but cozy and comfortable. We cannot wait to spend more time there during the warmer months to enjoy the outaide amenities!

A relaxing weekend with my husband. Got to visit a lot of cool places and just do reset from everyday work life.

Lovely getaway for the weekend. Host is respectful and responds quickly. Beautiful views.

The outdoor shower is a delight, nice location, cute place, but very small, 2 people maximum.
The AC unit is not nearly big enough, probably not an issue normally but weather was in the 90s and inside the trailer was almost unbearable even with 5 separate fans going.

The view by the waterway is absolutely stunning. Awesome area for fishing even if i had some poor luck. time it right, getting in the water during low tide will make it impossible to return. Biggest complaint was lack of privacy with the blinds you can see everything and although the listing make's it seem more remote there are 3 other home with pretty clear line sight of the RV. We brought our own pillows and blanket, never used the wifi and we ate out for every meal so i wouldnt be able to comment on anything related to that. The RV was clean for us; i did find the cleaner smell to be a little strong so perhaps a few candles to light would have been good to have initially. Bring bug spray NC bugs are relentless!!!
Pros
- awesome area to stay in.
-absolutely gorgeous views at night looking over the marsh
-Access to Kayaks!
-Bed was EXTREMELY comfortable
-RV was clean upon arrival
-front porch string lights, tiki lamps and fire pit were also really cool to use at night
- Adam was very friendly
Cons
- No privacy- blinds are completely useless please change these
-closer neighbors than the listing shows.
- it does get very warm in bedroom so we had to buy a room fan to be able to sleep more comfortably.
- it could have been me but i could not get front door to lock from the inside i had to use the key to lock door from the outside and then shut the door
- the 2 times i had reached out to Adam it did take
aboout hour to get a response. Could have been anomaly.

Such a sweet little rental. Just as described. Perfect for two . Privacy yet so close to beaches and beautiful Beaufort. Outstanding sunrises and gorgeous sunsets. Birds galore with remarkable sounds. It was certainly a relaxing view at the close of our day. And, the icing on the cake !!! A sweet hot tub on the deck as you watch that sunset. Life was great @ 107 River Dr . Thank you Adam . It was truly wonderful to meet you.

My wife and I found our stay here to be quite comfortable and lovely. The inside is small, but the location is great and there’s a lot of room around the porch and fire pit. Adam responded to any questions we had quickly. We had a lovely stay.

We had an amazing time! The view was great, kayaking through the marsh was so much fun and Adam was incredibly helpful!

This property has a ton of potential. Unfortunately, we found the online listing to be inaccurate.
Pros:
Great proximity to Beaufort and several great fishing spots -- we even caught bait in the canal
Beautiful View
Roomy Outdoor Shower
Bed is very comfy; I wouldn't put my enemy on the couch.
Cons:
-Little Silverware, no hand soap in bathroom.
-There was sand in the inside shower, indicating that it hadn't been cleaned. The induction cooktop was dusty, cobwebs in the corners. We had to clean before feeling comfortable. It appears that the linens and towels were clean.
-Wifi was in and out for various reasons.
-The bathroom floor is soft, indicating water damage. This causes the toilet to rock around and isn't very confidence inspiring. The cold water knob on the bathroom sink was also broken.
-Little privacy: The RV is situated on a "private" boat ramp, but the ramp is private to the subdivision/community and the owner's friends. Unfortunately, one of the owner's friends showed up and was disruptive (knows the owner by name and keeps a kayak there). She beat on our door for help with her kayak and showed up multiple times (increasingly intoxicated), somehow shutting off the water every time she came. She advised us that she is a bit of a hot mess while drinking from a liquor bottle in one hand and chasing it with a beer in the other. She said she'd be back to use the fire pit, but never came back.
-Curtains hide nothing at night, especially if the lights are on.

Great little piece of property. So much character and charm. Tight quarters but if you know that going in, nothing to worry about. It's located close enough to all the area attractions that we never really had more than a 30 min drive to explore everything we wanted.
Adam was a great host, quick to respond, and very accommodating.

Our family had one last mini vacation in us before heading back to work and school from summer break. Pulling up to the camper is just like the photos. Beautiful trees, plants, and colors. We liked the twinkly lights around the camper inside as we came in, great touch. My sons were in the kayaks and water in a matter of minutes, didn’t even help us unload.
When we got there, there was no WiFi, well there was but the signal wouldn’t power anything. We reached out to Adam however and by the next day we had great signal and WiFi! He was awesome!
The tv did not work for us, we even replaced the batteries in the remote, but we had some card games and such to entertain.
The mosquitos are brutal. Bring bug spray!
The Queen bed was super comfy for us! We did not use the comforter as it smelled funky. But the sheets and towels smelled like tide! It was heavenly laying down at night.
The bedroom gets HOT! We brought one fan and ended up buying another. We had the air as low as it would go… our kids froze in the main area but we did not.
We brought a camper mattress and put in the floor at night for one of our kids and the other was on the futon. It’s tight, but it works. I would not suggest more than 4 people.
The outdoor jacuzzi tub and shower were a hit! We all loved it!
Truly a good experience for a quick trip. Thanks Adam for sharing your place with us!

This was an amazing little spot. The view is beautiful and it's close to the beach (10 min. drive). We were a party of 3; 2 adults and a small child. She enjoyed the kayaks, fishing and crabs. My husband and daughter enjoyed nightly kayaks into the marsh everyday. It was a great safe neighborhood. The bath outside was a hit for showers.
Cons:
-no handsoap anywhere
-both showers were not as clean as they should of been
-a/c was barely felt with the heat; a fan should be provided
-comforter & pillows were awful; bring your own.
-no Tiki mosquito repellent; bring some!
-no WIFI
Again, this property was beautiful outside. They put a lot of work into it. I think they need to put those touches inside too. I would recommend a stay here for 3 people at most. A lovely area with a great view.

Great view. Accommodations we’re just as stated. Was quite and peaceful. Not far from the beaches or entertainment. We enjoyed sitting back and watching the weather and wildlife.

We enjoyed our stay. The fridge and freezer were not working but Adam was quick to let us know and brought over a mini fridge. The view was beautiful and quiet. The kayaks and paddle boards are easy to access but there are no life jackets. This camper does not sleep 6- comfortably it would sleep 2. It also doesn't have wifi as stated in the description. Overall, the camper is small but very well decorated, it was super clean, close to all things, and had the most beautiful sunrises.

This was a great place to get away for the weekend. The location is perfect for checking out Beaufort or heading over to Cape Lookout. The setting is relaxing and we enjoyed taking the kayaks out and exploring the North River. Adam was a very nice host and we would definitely stay here again.
