Garage: Three car heated garage. Additional garage refrigerator and additional washer and dryer.
Living room: Spacious living room with large sectional, 65” TV and large wood burning fireplace.
Living room Patio: Large patio with another dining set for 5 and an outdoor couch.
Dining Room: Large dining table with seating for 12.
Kitchen: Open kitchen island with 5 burner gas range and ceiling mounted hood vent. Large fridge/freezer, double basin sink, oven/microwave and an attached pantry with a large freezer. Kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker (Keurig and standard - coffee not supplied), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances (griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker).
Breakfast table with seating for 5. Additional bar seating for 4.
Creating a huge meal like a Thanksgiving meal with all the fixings is not a problem at our home!

Hot Tub Patio: Concrete patio with hot tub and seating. Our hot tub can be accessed from the Living/Game room exit doors.

2.) No events of any kind permitted at any time. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.

4.) No more than our stated allowed number of 8 vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at any time. Our HOA does fine, and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By renting this home, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the homeowner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

Wonderful home retreat for our family reunion. Plenty of space and more! Everything you need to have a large retreat! Very comfortable and inviting. Great location. Management was in contact and made all information readily available and accessible. Property Management response was less than 20 minutes when I contacted them with a question. Very friendly and professional! We had a great time out here and would highly recommend this home for large group getaways.

We stayed at this home for six nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The home is nicely decorated with updated appliances and large living spaces that were perfect for our family reunion. It is well stocked and has all the necessary kitchen and bathroom amenities. The hot tub and pool table are an additional plus. Aaron and Katy are also fabulous hosts, they provided excellent communication and were very helpful during our stay. We look forward to returning to this fabulous Winter Park property.

Clean, well maintained home that is central to Fraser and good access to trails, skiing and hiking. Only issues was needing a bit more toilet paper and provision of dish towels so we didn't use so many paper towels. Host was communicative and responsive to needs, we enjoyed our stay with 16 total people.

This house was everything we wanted and more! So much room to spread out, plenty of beds for everyone and the house came with everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with every pan and dish you could need. We cooked a lot of our meals at the house and loved having everything by we needed. The stove was a little tricky to get lit, but once we figured out that you have to slowly turn the dial after it is lit, it was no problem.
All of the beds were very comfortable as well. Everyone said they slept very good and there were plenty of pillows in every room. We loved coming back to the house after a long day of skiing and sitting in the hot tub, looking out at the beautiful view of the mountains. We loved everything about this house and definitely hope to come back!

Family and friends gathered for long overdue get away. Despite the encountering several crisis including more snow than usual during our vacation, the home allowed peace and comfort. We greatly appreciated all the comforts of home including the cozy fireplace.

Pro: Lots of room; pretty views; well stocked kitchen; close to good breweries, bars and restaurants; responsive communication if issues.
Areas for improvement: In need of serious maintenance and attention; outside areas not clean or well maintained.
Our family had a good time but many of us suffered from high altitude sickness (+9,000 ft elevation) so keep that in your pre-trip planning.

The house was well laid out for our needs. The heating system was an issue, several repairs need to be made and one of the beds was way too hard for sleep. Trash was not picked up properly and started to stink in garage. .

We had A Amazing time at this property. They had everything that A big family would need to enjoy they thought of everything you would need for amazing stay. From the kitchen utilities to the bathrooms with the soap and the hot water in the showers was amazing. This is definitely a property for a large family. We would definitely recommend it. The property was gorgeous. It slept everyone comfortably. The kitchen had everything we could imagine. Property manager was super accommodating!! We all had a great time!!

We enjoyed the house...layout and location were as expected in the listing and worked well for us. The house needs a good maintenance review...lots of bulbs out, two stove burners out, few outlets not working and an obnoxious ceiling fan in the family room that could not be shut off (no switches, remote showed up on second to last day, but didn't work, repairman blamed bad wiring). We huddled under blankets until it warmed up. Repairs were made to some of the items we requested, but most items not addressed. Bummer for the price we paid for the week. Otherwise, we had a great time.

We really enjoyed our stay over the Christmas with extended family. The house is big enough for everybody having private space if they need it. The kitchen was very well stuffed with all the necessities for cooking!

Loads of space, clean, in a location with a beautiful view! Short drive to shopping and snow activities in Winter Park. Furnishings could use some updating, but overall adequate accommodations. Spacious kitchen. Second kitchen im.lower level is a great bonus! The hot tub was in good working order and had a great view of the mountains as well.

We could not have asked for a more perfect venue for our trip to the mountains. We had friends and family staying in every bedroom. The accommodations are perfect and when we needed help, the communication was fast! We can’t wait to come back!

The Host was amazing the home was amazing the only thing was the cleaning lady suppose to check TVs to make sure they where working necker we came and we had like 4 TVs that was not working at all but the Host fixed within an 1hr all TVs was working!! This house has everything you need!!

We reserved this house for our entire wedding party and a few other friends so that we could all hang out, play games, and relax for the weekend before and after the wedding. The house did not disappoint. However, I would recommend that a curtain be put on the window above the kitchen sink as the sun was quite blinding in the evening. Property manager responded quickly when notified of a minor issue.

We enjoyed our stay in this Fraser home . It is beautiful and well appointed. We were able to sleep everyone and cook up a storm for 30 people . We really enjoyed the trails close by and decks with hummingbird feeders and the wonderful setting. There is adequate parking for six cars and sweet entertainment in the basement for all the grandchildren. The hot tub was just a splash with everyone. Great place for a family reunion.

This beautiful house is a perfect location for any large family/friend get away. Every room was impeccably decorated and has everything you need. The layout is perfect for those who want to relax or for those who want to stay up and play ping pong. Everyone was very impressed and comfortable, we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We LOVED this home! Every single bedroom felt like the "master" bedroom, and our group's ton of kids had an absolute blast in the huge bunk room. Every possible need was filled with this house. The huge kitchen allowed us to cook and save a ton of money and stress. Highly recommend this home for large groups with a mess of kids.

We absolutely loved our time at this house. It is massive yet very comfortable at the same time. The management was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process and were easy to work with. Our group loved the views from the home, the spacious living areas, and the wonderful basement area to hang out and play games. The beds and sheets were some of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Thank you so much and we would come back in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this house for your vacation!!

My group of family and friends had the pleasure of spending a couple nights in this wonderful home. In short, it really was an experience without wants or needs - the house has everything covered. Equally, working with the home owner was seamless and entirely pleasurable.
More specifically, the home is gorgeous and cozy (despite being quite large). The sheets, blankets, pillows, beds and couches are of the highest quality and provided us all with endless comfort. The bathrooms are well appointed and updated wuth exquisite appliances and decor. Huge bathtubs and giant showers.
The floors are all radiant heated, which is a luxury not lost on anyone.
Drivewat is large enough to accommodate many cars and the garage is a spacious, warm three car facility.
The views are breathtaking. The home is close to town and to the ski area, very easy to find. Neighborhood is safe and quiet.
Kitchen is well thought out and helped us to cook many big meals for our group. Plenty of tools available to you.
Hot tub is outside and protected. It was hot and clean and easy to use. Towels were available for us in a bin.
It was truly an exceptional house and made our family vacation all the more memorable. Highly, highly recommend this location, no matter the event.
