Unmet Expectations: A Disappointing Stay.
Staying here left an unpleasant impression. I received the Wi-Fi instructions only right before leaving, which caused inconvenience. Additionally, the listing mentioned a washing machine, but access to it was impossible: the door was locked, and none of the keys fit. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.

Great location, clean but not cozy
Good location, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was clean and prepared for our arrival. Easy to follow the instuctions about how to get in.
Even tho the apartment is renovated, it's not in the best shape and it's basicaly not cozy. Would appreciate better communication from the hosts, we requested later check-out time, but haven't received any answer before the check-out time even tho we texted to all phone numbers/chats (simple "no" would be enought).

Overall a pleasant place for a budget stay.
The location is good. Close to the Supermarket Dino, not particularly noisy part of the town. The apartment is small, but bright (all white, which we like) and clean. Usually quiet neighbors. Relatively well equipped kitchen.
1. "How easy was it to collect the property keys on arrival?" - It was a NIGHTMARE. Nobody met us (family of 2 adults and 4 small kids)! There was no key! There was no SIGN that this was the place!!! First we had to "check in" on-line sitting on a curb at night. After an hour of walking around the block and looking for the entrance, one nice lady from a shop called the agency and found out which entrance it is. Next she negotiated with a neighbor to open the main gate for us. Then I got the code for the lock to enter the apartment. The keys for the main gate were inside. Good Lord, this was the worst experience at this two-week vacation. 2. The apartment is on the third floor, without lift! There are exactly 60 steps to climb in a very narrow staircase (85 cm!!!). Thus getting up and down was quite a challenge. Especially carrying a heavy suitcase.... 3. The light temperature of the lamps was horrible (cold and VERY bright). 4. The kitchen is small for us. Doing dishes was a chore (see the photo) that could not have been completed at one turn. 5. Not very functional, some furniture cheap or cheaply installed (such as the small cantilever tables in bedroom, see photo). 6. There was a strange gap between the kitchen cabinet and wall/window - see photo. Just imagine dropping a plate (or whatever else, let's say some food) there and...how to remove it from there? Move the cabinet? Good luck. 7. One of the electric sockets came out with the cable. Quite annoying and dangerous with small kids around. 8. The noise from the street got very annoying at times. It was probably less than in some other parts of the town, but the trash trucks were very audible practically every morning. Needless to say- VERY early. 9. Once the neighbor had a lively conversation all night long and it felt like they talked in our living room. 10. The refrigerator didn't fully open because of weird walls.

Might be better if it was ready for guests
The location is perfect and the apartment will be better when it is ready
Check-in was complicated. The name of the building is not in the apartment description so it took a while to find it. I had been sent a link to open the door but no instructions or a message saying I needed the link to open. I was sent a code to open the door upstairs so I thought I didn't need the link. It took a while to get an answer from the owner who opened the door. I had no keys so if my phone ran out of battery it was impossible to get in. If the instructions had been clear, it wouldn't have been a problem. I didn't read closely enough to notice that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The hallway is very dark if you don't know where to turn the light on immediately after entering. The owner told me that it was easy to find parking and in the description, free parking is listed, in public parking. The owner said she would bring keys but then she didn't show up because she couldn't find parking. Then she finally came the next day but expected me to walk down all the stairs on my crutches and find her because she couldn't find parking 🙃 Most things in the apartment were brand new, so new that they had not been cleaned or tested. There was only one electrical outlet in the kitchen that could be used for the kettle, toaster and everything else and that was by the stove so it was impossible to use it at the same time. Towels and bed sheets had not been washed so they had the dust and starch from the store and smelled dusty. After a day or two we got the key for the door downstairs and the terrace, where there was a moldy and dirty washing machine. We washed the towels so we had to wait for them to dry so we had no clean towels until day 3, when my friend left. We had to precast everything we used in the kitchen as it had clearly never been even rinsed. There were two 1 ply rolls of toilet paper for two people for two nights.
