Excellent restaurant! Great facilities! Easy access to a clean and private beach. Quiet and relaxing environment.

Wow, what an incredible experience we had at this place! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with top-notch service and the friendliest staff. The rooms and swimming pool were so comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated, making us feel like we were in a luxurious retreat.
Every member of the staff was incredibly attentive and polite, and you could really feel their genuine passion for their work. The manager and owner were always there, ensuring that every guest felt at home and well taken care of.
But let's talk about the food – it was out of this world! We were spoiled with a delightful 4-course menu that changed daily, offering a fantastic variety of dishes to choose from. And if that wasn't enough, we even had the option to select something different from the fixed menu. The selection of wines and cocktails was simply outstanding, making each meal a true culinary journey.
In short, this place is a hidden gem that surpasses all expectations. A perfect blend of impeccable service, comfortable accommodations, and mouthwatering cuisine, leaving us with unforgettable memories and a desire to return again and again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an exceptional getaway!
The location of this place is truly lovely, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere. While having a car is recommended for exploring the surrounding areas, it actually adds to the adventure of the trip, allowing you to discover charming spots off the beaten path.
While the ancient Greek sites on Chalkidiki might be a bit of a drive away, the journey itself can be enjoyable, as it lets you soak in the picturesque landscapes and experience the beauty of the region.
As for the beach experience, it would be wonderful to have the convenience of directly renting paddle boards or kayaks on-site. However, this small suggestion doesn't overshadow the overall positive experience we had at this delightful place. The friendly staff and delightful amenities more than make up for any minor convenience. It's a fantastic destination for those seeking a tranquil getaway with the option to explore the surroundings at their own pace.

I had dinner and the food was excellent, and the location was perfect!
Everything was perfect. I have no complaints about my stay.

The staff were really excellent, all spoke perfect English, nothing was too much trouble. There was a free electric car charging station. The view from our room (K16) was fantastic, as was the view from the outdoor restaurant. We shared a pool with three other units, but most of the time we had it to ourselves and once again a great view from the pool.
The beach was a bit of a disappointment, it was very Stoney when you entered the sea. There were better beaches nearby, but you need a car to get to them. The kitchen was not very well-equipped, no kettle or toaster. Breakfast at 25 Euros was overpriced and a bit chaotic.

The food was great and the staff were so lovely really going above and beyond for anything we needed. The private beach is also so lovely and the sea is absolutely beautiful.
The Villa was poorly built but served the purpose well the keys kept not working so we had to keep going back to reception to get new ones but there was always someone on hand to help so it didn’t really impact us too much.

Rooms were spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and the transfer from/to the airport made getting to and from the hotel a breeze. The outdoor swimming pool was one of the highlights of my stay - it was well-maintained, refreshing and provided a great place to relax. Also the staff was professional, kind and helpful with everyone. I can confidently recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Kappa Resort, the air-conditioned suite was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views of the Toroneos Gulf, garden and pool. The restaurant on site serves gourmet cuisine, and room service is available if you prefer to dine in your villa or suite. The laundry and ironing services were also a great convenience. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.

Living area, kitchen, dining area and a balcony all with great views of the sea (the villa starts on the 1nd floor of the building as the 2-bedroom units occupy the ground floor). Up half a level were two bedrooms looking out the rear of the villa with a pleasant garden view. Up another half level was the master bedroom, sitting room, and balcony overlooking the sea and the private pool. Good rates too for everything!

The food was the only bright reference of our stay. Terrible service overall, with the only exception a waitress named Georgia that tried to get a hold of the reception and managers to keep up with their work.
Booked for 2 nights, left in the middle of the 2nd day. Never looking back at this place. For a resort commanding €600 per night, this is the absolute worst experience I ever had. You will get better service at a 2-star hotel. Terrible service overall + Ignorant staff. The receptionist could not finish his own sentences, kept saying how sorry he was for all the mistakes they made. Our room was not ready upon arrival. Had to wait for 20'. Instead of being honest about it, the receptionist and manager kept saying to us that "the room floor was wet". As soon as we arrived and sat on the porch, a random handyman/gardener crossed our yard twice to go back and forth to the villa next to ours, without saying anything. As if he was bored to walk around and through that villa's entrance. During the 2nd day, we had the do-not-disturb sign on, yet housekeeping still entered the room. At the resort's "private" beach, the person in charge (Sandra) would take orders and not deliver (as see was on her cell phone for her whole shift), so we had to walk to the restaurant (400m) to get coffee ourselves. Finally, we had a villa with a private pool and had 4 other apartments/houses overlooking our pool. No privacy whatsoever. Not sure if the staff is happy working there, but totally ruing this place with their behavior.

The stuff was friendly and polite, BUT this tere the positives finish
The location was not comfortable at all, in the whole resort there was no shop for cigarettes or bevarages and no mini bar in the rooms also. They wanted 50€ extra charge for pet which is not mentioned before. The breakfast is also paid 25€ per person and it is not satisfying at all, there is very little choice. The cousine in the main restaurant is also very expensive and not good at all. Rooms are very poor accomodated, the furniture is old and overall it is not worth for the money

Staff were so friendly and helpful - they always went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay! Views are amazing across the sea to Mt Athos. Location is really peaceful and quiet - great place to relax. Breakfast was great - brilliant selection and great coffee. Food and service at the restaurant were excellent too! Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Someone was there at reception 24hrs in case we had any problems. Had a great stay here - highly recommend!
