*Property has 2 security cameras in front and Noiseaware inside which detects sound decibel only.
**Please note: The pool will be heated Mar - May and Sept - Nov. The heating does not function if temperatures drop below 55 degrees. The pool temperature will be set for 86 degrees, but the temperature can vary depending on weather.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is beautifully decorated. The pool was amazing especially the lounging area, that we used for the grandkids like a kiddy pool! The house is very spacious, we had 9 adults and 3 children. Jennifer was amazing to work with and very quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. I would highly recommend this property for all of your vacation needs.

We have rented at EI 20 years straight for our vacation. This is the best property we have ever used . Convenient to everything and the pool was the added bonus. Lots of room and the kitchen was stocked as well or better than home. Communication with the owners was awesome . Will definitely hope to rent again next summer

We had 8 adults and 6 children. There was plenty of room for everyone. We had a really hot week so the pool was wonderful! All of the beach supplies were used, towels, sand toys. boogie boards, chairs, cart... As grandparents, it was nice to have our own little place to escape to. We would stay here again in the future!

Everything about our stay was amazing. There was plenty of room for two families of six to spread out, find space and sleep comfortably. The home is so clean, and offers everything we needed.
The bikes were a huge bonus, as the kids loved riding thru the neighborhood, to town for donuts and ice cream.
The pool is a wonderful option when taking a break from the beach.
The walk to the beach is so easy, and the beach never felt full.
This is easily one of our favorite homes we have ever rented. You will love it. Book it!
The owner texted to let us know that the pool was getting too full of sand. She was so gracious about the reminder, and I appreciated it because we want to be good stewards of their property. So, remember to rinse off when going from the beach to the pool...it is such a gift to be able to enjoy both, so take care of it.

My family of four and one other family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is only a short walk to an easily accessible beach. The house is decorated beautifully with many modern updates and plenty of space for our two families. Our kids loved enjoying the pool after a long day on the beach and our families made wonderful memories at this home. This may be one of the best homes we've stayed at in regards to amenities and how well-stocked it was with extras like spices, laundry detergent, dish soap, shampoo/soap and coffee pods. We would happily rent this home again. The communication with Jennifer was wonderful. Very responsive and helpful. I had specific questions about pool safety as we have small children. There is an alarm on the door out to the pool and child locks. Plenty of beach chairs, toys and wagon to make our trips to the beach easy. Would highly recommend this home!

This house was perfect for our extended family of five kids (4 yr -11 yr) and six adults. The layout allows for everyone to have privacy while enjoying ample shared spaces. The fully stocked beach gear, bikes, carts, life jackets were a HUGE plus. Can't wait to go back again!

Absolutely perfect for our family of 10! The house is spacious and lovely with several gathering spaces. The decor is marvelous and the kitchen had everything we could need. We jammed the 10 of us around the kitchen table, but there was more seating at the bar.
The private pool was a huge plus for the children. They could have enjoyed it the whole weekend. We had to drag them out to go to the beach.
Just easy steps to the beach saved us a lot of hassle! We are overjoyed and are booking now for next year!

We had a fantastic stay here! Beautiful house with plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids under 10. Clean bright rooms, clean bathrooms, and comfortable clean beds. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to everything we wanted to do, including a short walk to the beach! Our kids loved the outdoor shower. It was nice to be able to wash up after the beach rather than drag the sand indoors. The house was very well stocked. Plenty of spices and plates/utensils for the kitchen. We were also very surprised how well stocked the house came with outdoor sports/toys. There were plenty of sand toys, bikes, kayaks and boogie boards. They had beach chairs/beach umbrellas and a beach wagon which was perfect for getting us to the beach and back! The lawn, pool deck, and screened in deck made the backyard a perfect place to relax. The owners were nice and responsive which we appreciated! We couldn’t have asked for a better house. Totally recommend the house for your next vacation in Emerald Isle! Thank you Jennifer for a wonderful stay!!!

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE! My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying here. We had a wonderful trip and this property stands out for all the right reasons. The location is perfect - bicycling distance to amenities while just far enough from the crowded area by the pier. Super short stroll to the beach. Coming in from the beach, the outdoor shower made it super-easy to rinse off, and the pool was the perfect place to relax after a day of fun.
The owners are very responsive and the service provided was outstanding. They promptly answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent stay.
The attention to detail and thoughtfulness put into the design and furnishings were clear the moment we pulled up to the property. The house was clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. Both kitchens were fully equipped with high-quality appliances and utensils.
What truly set this vacation home apart was the array of outdoor activities available to guests. The provisions of bikes, kayaks, and cornhole were an absolute treat. We felt right at home and will gladly return for future visits.
