Hidden Oak Hideaway is new to the Rental program and has been fully renovated and professionally decorated for your vacation getaway. The spacious floor plan is perfect for a large group, easily sleeping 14! The convenient location is less than a ten-minute walk to the first of eight beach boardwalks, near Camp St. Christopher, and a short bike ride from the Seabrook Island Beach Club pools and restaurants. This home is the perfect vacation destination with many upgrades: wood floors, renovated kitchen and baths, second floor screen porch and den, 2 primary ensuite bedrooms!
Upon entering this home it is easy to leave any worries behind and start vacation relaxation! The front entry has cubbies and hooks for storing beach sandals and beach bags. Two swivel chairs make the perfect spot for a quiet chat or a reading nook. The great room has an oversized sectional sofa for all to gather. Hang out and watch the 58" Smart TV. Please note the fireplace is decorative only. Sliding doors off the great room lead out to the large, private back deck. The dining room sits just beyond the great room. A large farm table can easily accommodate 10 + guests when you pull up the bench. The kitchen breakfast bar has three stools, making it part of the kitchen and dining area. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to create those vacation meals. This space will please the most discerning chef in the family: custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator w/ice-maker, quartz counters and tiled backsplashes. There is even a beverage refrigerator! A grilling deck just off the kitchen features a new Weber propane grill. The back hall has the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The powder room sits just off the foyer. The back deck provides additional dining options with the large dining table seating 8. There is also a seating area with chairs and rockers. The attached garage features an additional refrigerator with filtered water/ice maker, helping eliminate multiple grocery trips while on vacation!
The primary suite finishes off the first floor. This is a great suite for a family. The bedroom has a king bed, 42" TV, and large walk-in closet. The bathroom was renovated in 2023 with ceramic tiled flooring, quartz topped double vanities, barn door, and large tiled walk-in shower. There is a multi-function sunroom off of the main bedroom - a perfect spot for those younger kids you don't want to put upstairs. There is a trundle daybed as well as a desk for those who need to work! . Doors lead out to the back deck.
Head upstairs and you have three guest bedrooms, a screened porch, and a bonus loft area! For those traveling with kids, the bonus space is a great hang out area . This sitting area features a couch and chair, and a wall mounted TV and lets the kids have their space away from the adults. Sliding doors lead out to a small screened porch. On this level is a second primary en-suite bedroom. A comfy king bed and private bath with quartz topped vanity and a tub/shower combo. Two additional guest bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bath. The first guest room has a queen bed and a 43" TV. The second guest bedroom has two twin over full bunk beds with trundles, sleeping 6. There is also a 43" wall mounted TV. The shared bath has a quartz topped vanity and a shower .

Golf on the two championship golf courses, Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds, or play tennis on the 15 har-tru tennis courts in meticulous playing condition. The Beach Club (seasonal) has two beach-side swimming pools, plenty of seating and towel service. Just steps away is the Pelican's Nest restaurant/bar (seasonal) -- the perfect place for outdoor dining while watching the fishing boats and dolphins pass by. Seabrook also has an Equestrian Center that offers beach and trail rides for all level riders. Visit the community Lake House's outdoor pool (no fee) or the indoor pool and fitness center (fees apply).
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rental rate. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
