Our well-equipped kitchen makes dining a breeze. It features a new refrigerator and new gas stove, Corelle dishes for 8, utensils for 10 or more, a tea pot, toaster, hand blender, Mr. Coffee, and more. Create magic in the kitchen with a cookie sheet for rainy-day baking with the kids. Our dining room seats 6

Kid Friendly
We provide a Graco Pak N Play (45 pounds or less please ) and a child high chair in your dining room.

The Office:
For those blending work and play, we offer a dedicated office room with a desk, ergonomic chair, ample storage, and a window. Plenty of lighting ensures productivity.

Neighborhood
This is a safe, residential neighborhood. It is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough for convenient shopping and restaurants.

Parking:
Bring your RV, boat, bikes, or kayaks - there's secure backyard storage behind the gate. The whole backyard is enclosed and private.

Outside Storage:
Plenty of space for your outdoor gear - it's safe and secure behind a gate.
Walk to Town:
Take a stroll to the nearby park or head into town for shopping and dining.

Entry Instructions:
Access your home with ease using the key from the lockbox. Look for the inviting pumpkin-colored door and shutters. This home is easy to find.

Bedrooms Upstairs:
Two cozy bedrooms await upstairs, and there's a convenient sleeping chair downstairs for those who prefer being near the bathroom.

Stay cool with three window air conditioners in this 1920 home, and enjoy central heating with thermostat control.

Explore the charming Auburn area, with historic homes on South Street and a visit to the Harriet Tubman Visitors' Center. Don't miss a winter or summer stroll through the beautiful neighborhood of South Street. Victorians from the 1800’s are restored to perfection. If you like architecture this is your street. Skaneateles has many early century homes near the downtown that have been restored and kept original.
The Finger Lakes area is a wonderful place to shop for antiques. We have a number of wonderful wineries and breweries in the area. Prison City Brewery has good food and great micro beers.

Located just 6 miles from Skaneateles Village and Lake, and close to a boat ramp on Owasco Lake, you'll have plenty of outdoor activities to choose from, including biking along the Erie Canal Trail, hunting, fishing, kayaking, and more.
