No phones in the room. TV was difficult to get on the stations. Night staff was not friendly. He didn’t acknowledge our presence of being there. He just ignored us and also just sat chatting with his friend on one of the nights.

The location was great but the hotel itself was a mess. Seems like they are in transition.

Very minimal, they had packaged gas station danishes and coffee.

The hotel was dirty and the staff seemed overwhelmed. It took a long time to find clean replacement sheets for our bed.

We enjoyed our trip.

The location was great, not far from the beach.

The rooms are so close together that the people staying next to my family and I were beating on the walls when we were talking, and the TV was on. The pool was dirty.

Do not stay here

The beach was nice….. but didn’t like anything from the hotel.

The room smelled horrible, the bathtub was dirty, and the shower curtain didn’t even protect the floor from the shower water so there was a mess.

Hotel and staff in disarray.

The room was clean, large comfortable, and everything functioned inside the room. The place is definitely Pet friendly. They simply charged $20 extra per dog Which iPhone more than acceptable.

The staff was less than friendly or accommodating. They advertise the Jacuzzi/hot tub, but it was broken and had been for quite a time they advertise for a free breakfast and they put 18 pre-wrapped danishes for the hotel. I asked about both and was told that there were other hotels that offer those better accommodations and soda machine did not work on the floor. The luggage had three wheels. The place was in disrepair and the people that ran the hotel just did not care.

Will look at other places to stay next time when in area

A frozen pastry and a cup of so so coffee is not breakfast . Room was clean , no backup paper supplies,tv shut off an needed reprogrammed every 10 minutes ,hair dryer did not work 1 coffee pod for reg coffee

Staff did their best to make things right.

The room wasn't stocked with needed supplies like soap shampoo conditioner washcloths, only 1 pod of coffee. 1 trash can in bathroom, hole and stains on carpet, safety risk with bed frame parts sticking out, no bed skirting, curtain partially off the rail. Breakfast was late.

Great stay

It was hard to locate the hotel because they are changing the name and no signage was up so we had to drive by several times before seeing the street address. Very comfortable beds and quiet except for other people letting kids run the hallway. If not for that very quiet at night. Great front desk guy. Didnt use any of the facilities so cant rate.

Location

Was not organized, lost my reservation, changed it from a two bed to a one bed and charged me more. An hour later I get 14 emails telling me they found my reservation. No maid service next day, had to go to front desk to get coffee and then back again to get coffee cups. Room was nice though, but not sure if I stay there again.

Miserable.

It was close to the beach

I arrived at 8pm and they had already canceled my room. It took about 30 minutes to find a room, which they then tried to over charge me for. They wouldn’t give me 2 keys, the tv had several extra steps just to turn it on, and the toilet didn’t work. I asked for help with the toilet or a new room and all the staff kept saying was “I’m doing my best there’s nothing i can do”. It was my boyfriends birthday weekend and after driving for hours it really was a miserable end to the trip. I booked a new room down the road and left by 10pm to enjoy my vacation.

Very ran down, did not offer a good breakfast. Just packaged pastries. Tv did not work in room and neither did some of the outlets. And hot tub was closed

Overall, worth the price

I like the cleanliness and It smelled fresh when we walked in and the staff were SO nice

I didn’t like how there was only one entrance into the building. I also didn’t try to look that hard, but I couldn’t find the vending machines if there was any uf not they should add some.

Horrible.

The room was not ready when I got there. When given the key and entering the room it smelt like nothing but overpowering Lysol. They let ppl bring their dogs into the rooms. The carpets were wet. And after running my card they hold two times the amount quoted. Until you check out. That money was there in my account to be spent on my stay. Not for them to hold the whole time I was there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Close to the beach, warm pool, very warm hot tub, friendly staff and comfy bed.

The frogs ,the deer, the pool, and the friendly staff, especially Dana. They worked super hard to accommodate us in a pet friendly room. The king size bed was very comfortable.

Decent stay for the price.

The pool/hot tub area was great. Large space and warm pool water that was very pleasant.

The breakfast leaves a little to be desired and they ran out of coffee both days we were there! If you're hungry, you will definitely need to bring something with you or go out to eat.

Close location to our activities

The bookings.com photos of the room did not match what we got. We had to ask to move to the correct room, resort was reluctant but finally agreed. The hot tub wasn’t running correctly, that’s why we chose that resort

Good stay

Staff was very friendly and it was a great price. The staff was also very friendly to our daughter and dog (which is important to us). The staff also went out of their way to help us with the TV because they did not have directions in our room and there is a bit of a process to get to the TV stations.

It was clearly a hotel that has been bought recently and they have not completely redone the rooms. Our carpet was old, warn out and stained in places. It was clean but you could tell that it has been a well used hotel. Oh and it looks as if you will have access to the beach but you in fact will not have a path from the hotel to the beach.

Wasn't to bad but they could work on cleanliness!

The lady up front was nice she did give us extra time to check out in the morning!

When we got there we were handed our key after being checked in for to our room it had not been cleaned, garbage on floor and beds not made! The bathrooms in pool area were gross! The floor in our room was stained and one spot looked like blood, there are putty spots all over the walls! Was kinda afraid to walk bare foot!

partial ocean view, had deer say at at night in back yard. staff was very friendly and greeted us every time we walked through the lobby. aside from noisy neighbors (everywhere we go) had a great time and was not far from casino for Halloween Ball 2023

Enjoyable and relaxing

Great communication with front desk helper. Exceptionally clean location. Pool and hot tub stay open till midnight which was a great relaxing way to end the day.

Continental Breakfast could use some improvement, maybe offer up some fruit, yogurt, or other options besides cold cereal and muffins.
