About this house rental
Stop looking! You just found where your family is going to make memories, have fun, and relax for your reunion, trip, or family hang. This home has an arcade, sports room, and large living room not to mention a view that is unbeatable.
This three-level has 5 bedrooms with 10 beds and 2 kitchens! Located in the mountains of SLC and is 14 minutes to downtown SLC and 45 minutes to several ski resorts. This one-of-a-kind home will provide hours of entertainment and rest for your group or family.
General Notes on the home:
This home is located on the side of a mountain and has three (3) levels which are the main level where guests will access the home from the street, the first lower level, and the second lower level. Each level has standard or large windows, patios, and walk our exits.
Living Area & Kitchen:
Upon entering the home guests will be greeted by the grand living room with large windows that provide an unbeatable view of the Great Salt Lake Valley. With two (2) large couches that face a fireplace and 82" TV.
Connected to the main floor living room there is a large fully stocked kitchen that is prepared to handle large meals to feed the army or your army of little grandchildren. There is a large dining table that seats 12. At the end of the kitchen, there is a large laundry room and access to the 2 car enclosed garage that the guests will be able to use.
Game and Entertainment Rooms:
The home has three (3) entertainment-focused rooms.
❂ Arcade - On the first lower level of the home there is an arcade and game room that will provide hours of entertainment. Guests will have access to play:
✸ Table Tennis or Ping Pong
✸ Air hockey
✸ Skee-Ball machine
✸ Arcade with 1000 classic arcade games
✸ Bean bag chairs for the fans
❂ Sports Holy War Room - Also located on the first lower level the ever-present rivalry between Utah University and Brigham Young University will be decided...family style. A large 75" TV, pub-like stools, couch, fridge, and pool provide the perfect proving grounds for who will win the Utah Holy War. BYU? Utah? Come find out!
❂ 2 Story Multi-Purpose Entertainment Room - This room is found on the second lower level and has an exit to the backyard, large windows, and windows accessible from the first lower-level hallway. This room can be the spot for your next dance party, movie marathon, musical recital, spiritual devotional, family meeting, and so much more. There are several musical instruments and a karaoke machine available to guests.
Exterior & Backyard:
The backyard is fenced and there are several yard games available to guests that are located in the supply room on the second lower level.
Bedrooms:
This home has 5 bedrooms with several bed configurations.
✹ Master bedroom - located on main level just off the main living room & kitchen area. It has one (1) king bed, attached bathroom with shower, jetted tub, toilet, and small patio. There is a 55" TV and remote-controlled fireplace. Note: There is a locked supply closet locked in this room that is not available to guests.
✹ Girl Room - Located on the first lower level this room has one (1) queen bed and a large closet. It has several windows for natural light to enter the room. It has access to a bathroom with a shower and toilet with a view which is located just outside the room.
✹His and Hers Room - Located on the first lower-level this room has one (1) queen bed and one (1) full bed. It has a small patio and a 42" TV. It has access to a bathroom with a shower and toilet with a view which is located just outside the room.
✹ Basement Deweller's Room - Located on the second lower level this room has one (1) queen bed with a 42" TV. This has access to a bathroom with a shower and toilet just outside the room.
✹ Bunkhouse Room - Located on the second lower level this room has six (6) beds five (5) which are full-sized and one (1) twin/single bed. There is a changing table in the room.
Note: While there is a secondary kitchen in this room it will not be available for guests to use as a kitchen and appliances and sinks will be shut off.
Laundry:
Located on the main level at the end of the kitchen and just off the access from the enclosed garage, there is a large laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink.
Note: Laundry soap, bleach, stain remover, and dryer sheets will not be included and guests are responsible for providing their own washing supplies.
Patios:
There are three patios available in this home which are found on the main level just outside the grand living area, off the master bedroom, and of one of the bedrooms on the first lower level.
NOTE: The main patio is still under construction and will not be available for guests.
Garage and Parking:
The home has a 3 car enclosed garage with 2 of those spots available for guests. There are three (3) additional spots located in the driveway.
NOTE #1: One of the enclosed garage parking spots is used by the homeowner to store their in-town personal vehicle.
NOTE #2: Street parking is not recommended. Due to the grade of the road cars have common be hit by other vehicles at night and ESPECIALLY in the winter and might be subject to tow by the city for blocking snow removal at the vehicle owner's expense.

If any issues are encountered during your stay, please reach out to us as soon as possible! Timely communication is KEY in getting issues resolved. The guest services team will work to troubleshoot with you first before calling out a handyperson. If the handyperson is unable to find an issue or it was a user error, the guest will be subject to paying their fee. If there is an issue identified with the property, the owner will pay their fee.
1. Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises.
2. Pet Policy: Pet-friendly properties will be marked “Pet Friendly” on the listing, in the description in multiple locations, and/or in the images on the listing.
- If the property IS pet friendly, we allow pets at the property at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. Emotional Support animals fall under this requirement as they do not have the same rights as Service Animals under the ADA.
- If the property IS NOT pet friendly, no animals are permitted at the property.
- Service Animals are permitted at ALL PROPERTIES at no extra cost, as they are protected under the ADA, as long as accommodations are reasonable.
Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment for professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible for paying for any repairs or replacement. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed.
3. Communication: Our guest services team is ready and able to help with issues that may arise. Communication monitoring is available from 8:00am - 10:00pm MDT on the booking platform of your reservation. If further assistance is needed, guests are welcome to text or call us outside of the platform. When reaching out please have the following information ready: The name on the reservation, the name of the property or address, and the city where the property is located. The guest may be redirected to information already provided in the listing or the booking platform messages.
4. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Guest requests are subject to our cleaning team's availability. As a standard, the fee is $15 per hour past or before the indicated departure or arrival time. If several extra hours are requested, guests may be required to book the day before or after their desired arrival or departure day. 24 hours advance notice is required. If not approved in advance, a $50 unauthorized late check-out fee will be assessed for each hour past the indicated check-out time.
5. Tours: For short stays (1-15 days) in-person tours are not available. For guests looking to stay for longer than 15 days, reach out for information about in-person tours.
6. Cancellation: By booking, guests agree to the cancellation policy on the listing, detailed on the booking platform. Cancellation policies are firm. If the dates of the initial reservation are rebooked by another guest after a cancellation from the original guest, a refund will be issued to the original guest.
7. Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests is indicated on the listing. The property may be able to sleep more guests in beds and non-traditional locations (sofas, couches, and/or air mattresses). Reach out with additional questions regarding occupancy, as it varies per property and county/city jurisdiction. Additional fees may be assessed for guests staying at the property above the number
