Agréable séjour

L’immeuble moderne, le roof top à côté de la piscine , L’emplacement face à la colline de Philopapos

La kitchenette près du lit, pas de poêle ou de casseroles si on avait voulu cuisiner ne serait-ce que des pâtes ! La piscine qui manque de profondeur et les transats qui sont en mauvais état !

A mixed review

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, so spacious and modern. The bathrooms were beautiful and well maintained. Bed was soft 😌

The pool was misleading. It's tiny and only goes up to your knees. The traffic is very loud even with the shutters and you can hear people in the gym from the bathrooms in the early morning. The neighbourhood felt a little unsafe. People were outside our door at all hours 1am 3am talking being loud. Sofa bed was 2 levels a little uncomfortable with too soft pillows.

Elegante e bello

La casa è elegante, pulita e ben arredata. La proprietaria è stata disponibile e precisa nelle informazioni per il check-in che è comodo poiché la chiave è in un box e puoi arrivare all'orario desiderato (dopo le 15).

Sottolineo che l'esperienza è stata del tutto positiva. Nei letti però mancava il lenzuolo ma c'era un piumone che in agosto non serve. Il lenzuolo sarebbe stato invece molto utile. Nelle altre case in Grecia abbiamo trovato l'olio che è comodo per cucinare per coloro che si spostano di frequente mentre qui c'era solo sale e pepe.

Prima verblijf in een mooi appartement. Een aanrader.

Mooi, ruim en nieuw appartement zoals beschreven in Booking.com. In de huiskamer een flatscreen tv, als ook in iedere slaapkamer. De aparte badkamers zijn ook heel fijn. Dagelijks gebruik gemaakt van de fitnessruimte, echter sommige (nieuwe) apparaten werkten niet naar behoren. Er was een prima communicatie met de host, altijd een snelle reactie.

We hadden een wasmachine, maar een vaatwasser was misschien fijner geweest. De airco maakte best wel wat lawaai (maar waren wel fijn om te hebben). De locatie lag net buiten het centrum waardoor het wel eventjes wat lopen was naar het centrum.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, bardzo dobre wyposażenie lokalu, bardzo czysto, łatwy check in, korzystna cena przy tym wyposażeniu, kontakt bardzo dobry ale obniżyłem ocenę z uwagi na zaistniałe problemy z alarmem (opisuję poniżej).

Alarm przeciwpożarowy na korytarzu włączył się pierwszego dnia rano, po godzinie został wyłączony (nie było dymu, "smrodu" i nie wiadomo jaka była przyczyna uruchomienia). Dwa dni później włączył się o 3 nad ranem - ponownie bez objawów i powodu, natomiast wyłączyli go dopiero po 8 rano. Czyli 5 godzin z wyjącym alarmem!!! Pani zarządzająca przeprosiła, ale dzień stracony po nieprzespanej nocy... Z minusów to brak możliwości uruchomienia grzejnika w łazience oraz generalnie bardzo mało miejsca. Przy rozłożonych 2 łóżkach po prostu nie ma miejsca. To jest fajny lokal dla max 2 osób. No i nie ma szafy (jedynie wieszak przy łazience).

Awesome views.Modern apartments.

We were staying at the rooftop room and the views were amazing! The room is very modern and clean. It gave a luxury feeling.

Since it a self service hotel we did not have an option for breakfast

Great. Would def stay again.

Great Apartment! We had the 100m2 duplex with 3 bedrooms and jacuzzi. HUGE terraces! Huge! Loved it. We booked cause of the jacuzzi(which we didn’t end up using :D) and the gym. Very clean building and apartment. Liana was always online to answer any questions and there is 24 hr security.

Now while it’s not far and you can indeed walk to the city center, i wouldn’t recommend it. Rather download the freenow app or just use Uber and get a cab. If you got a car you’re right next to syggrou ave so you can be at the beach within 15 mins though which is great. And if you got a car, leave it and catch a cab when going into the city, parking can be difficult in Athens.

Nice short stay in Athens

Modern clean apartment, easy to get into the apartment and Liani was very helpful.

The location is slightly out of the city centre. It’s fine for us but for others may find it too far to go for a 20 minutes walk to the city centre.

Outstanding accommodation superb assistance great location

Accommodation was outstanding. Instructions and assistance from Liana were excellent. Only issues were having to leave by 11.00 when transport was not till 12.00 and transport being very late coming and going; although this was not the accommodation’s fault.

My suggestion to have more often room cleaning, and possibility to rent a parking space. We stayed for 5 nights, managed to park around the building, but booked parking space, would make me feel better.

Wunderschöne Ausstattung…gute Kommunikation. Gemütlich und vollständig ausgestattet.

Der Pool Bereich war nicht besonders schön. Könnte noch etwas gemütlicher und verschönert werden (Beleuchtung, gemütliche Sitzecken)

It was exactly how it looked in the photos and being there in person made it 100x better. I felt safe and comfortable. T

On arrival, I loved the entrance and the ambience of the building. It was modern and seamless, which was lovely to see. Very clean and elegant.

Nothing bad to say but there was other apartments not completed so it kind of ruined the full feel of the place.

Il était bien placé proche du centre mais éloigné du bruit. Très confortable et moderne. Parfaitement équipé et spacieux avec une piscine en rooftop avec une superbe vue. All in all, great place in a great location.

We stayed here in September. Very clean and comfortable apartments. Fully equipped with a laundry machine and everything you need. The pool is not heated, but it was just what we needed with the heat. Very close to public transportation, just 20 mins from acropolis. There’s also a guard at the entrance all the time.

Take into account that we had to buy our own laundry soap and garbage bags. They also have a drip coffee machine but had no filters. So we bought our own.

Freshly renovated apartments with good value

Great hotel with very good value. The hotel is located very closely to Akropolis and the apartments are freshly renovated. We must have been one if the first guests in our room. The hotel has a nice little gym with dumbbells, a cross trainer and a few other machines.

The "pool" merely deserves the name. Its really just about 5 times 2 meters and was most of the time filled only half - around 80cm. We knew that upfront before reservations because we checked the other reviews, so that was fine for us.

Beautiful apartment. No Internet.

Loved the apartment. The location was easy to walk to the Plakka. The apartment was very nice and the rooftop pool was an added bonus. Very small but relaxing. Needed to be open past 7 pm.

Getting into the apartment was difficult. The owner would not respond to my messages thru booking. Took too much time. The Internet did not ever work. We tried every day. No Internet was a huge inconvenience when we had to check in for our flights. Had to go to the local coffee shop.

Clean,updated and very comfortable.

The property was very clean & furnishings all modern & beautiful. Beds were super comfortable too! Building in general was new & offered good security. Apartment offered Netflix and wifi which was convenient to have as well.

We found the location a bit out of the way from tourists attractions. A bit hard to get a taxi from the area too.

Lots of apartment space with great furnishings, good shower pressure, wifi Balcony and rooftop pool good bonus. Supermarket close by.

Would like to have had some tea coffee sugar salt pepper milk etc to start us off. No hairdryer, but has straighter/ tongs

Beautiful, modern and new facilities with good communication, but make sure your locks all work.

Beautiful apartment with good amenities, albeit not the one that was pictured. This one was smaller. Strong air conditioning which is absolutely vital in during Greek summer.

There was a robbery during our stay (other guests, not us). Because the building is not yet complete, the doors remain open and for this particular unit, the guests said the locks did not even work yet. While the facilities were new, modern and beautiful, it seems they began serving guests prematurely. These poor guests had their money AND passports stolen (unsure about additional personal items). The area of town seems to be in transition. To be fair, after the robbery the host was very responsive and moving forward, there was someone standing at the entrance watching as people entered and exited, and we were given physical keys and codes changed- but the physical keys made no difference to the door access if you used the code.

The apartment was exellent, very comfortable and super clean. The price is too low for what they offer, beacuse the apartment was great, the location very good and also we were 5 people. The host was very kind and helpful, she replied in a second when I texted her. Also, you could park your car in the street near the hotel, it had plenty of space.
