Accueil, confort, tranquillité, propreté à 10 mn du temple

L’accueil chaleureux de MR Chockalingam. Présent dès le petit déjeuner pour nous présenter les délicieuses spécialités, sa bienveillance. Chambre impeccable, très propre, quartier très calme et seulement 10 mn en rickshaw du temple. Nous recommandons cet hôtel bien sympathique.

Highly recommend

Hotel is about 15-20min drive from Meenakshi Amman temple. Well maintained , clean rooms with basic facilities. Breakfast is excellent.

Wonderful experience, helpful staff, clean room and comfy bed

Stayed twice with family here. Room was clean and everything worked well from hot shower to good Wi-Fi. Bed was so comfortable I had a deep sleep. Breakfast buffet was very good with an option to order day’s special (Aappam on my visit). Manager Mr.Chokkalingham took care and his staff was polite and helpful throughout the stay. Free parking in the building itself. Highly recommended.

Quartier un peu en recul de la ville animée de Madurai. Du coup, le quartier est tres calme. C'est juste à 10 minutes en tuk tuk du temple. Patron tres acceuillant qui nous a aidé dans nos activités de visite. Le restaurant de l'hotel est parfait

A good, straightforward and well run choice for a few nights in Madurai.

It's a very straightforward and well run hotel. Efficient. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.

The evening meal options are quite limited and some dishes are a bit heavy (delicious Dahl, though) The staff are attentive, but a little too present at times in the restaurant

Modern rooms in a quiet location

Modern, clean room in a quiet location. The manager (owner?) was friendly and helpful. Filtered drinking water was available on each floor. Kettle plus coffee and tea in the room.

The behaviour of the waiter in the restaurant was poor, the tables were not cleared or cleaned.

Muy limpio, ducha estupenda. Desayuno buenísimo, mucha variedad de comida india, fruta, y como no tomamos guisos indios, el dueño muy atento, preparando lo que nos gustaba: omelette, poori, mas fruta troceada. Nos facilitaron el cambio de moneda a muy bien de precio.

Me gusto todo. Andando un km hay varias pizzerías para tomar algo. Esta ubicado en un barrio residencial, al otro lado del rio, zona más tranquila que centro ciudad. De 150 a 200 rupias tienes un Ola o un tuc-tuc al centro

Quiet, comfortable stay

It is a fairly new facility in a quiet part of town. There are water coolers on every floor, and the wifi and air-conditioning were reliable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was ample and delicious, and the manager took pride in making sure we tried the local specialties.

They keep mothballs in the bathroom sink presumably to cover up smells from the drain. Keeping the door closed kept it out of the room but you still had to endure it while using the bathroom. Also it is tucked away in a residential area of town, which made for quiet sleeping, but we needed to help autorickshaw drivers navigate there from the main tourist area. It was also a distance from the central restaurants, which made finding a place nearby the was open during the Pongal holiday challenging.

Rooms were huge, comfortable and in great condition. Customer service was prompt and they address any concerns or needs straight away. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and tasted so good!

Decent hotel for short stay

Staff was courteous, helpful and prompt with service. Breakfast buffet was truly amazing with a great choice of delicious dishes.

There is much scope for improvement in cleanliness. We had many ants in our room on the bed as well as furniture. However, housekeeping was not available and the insect spray bottle was almost empty leading to no real solution.

Hôtel neuf très agréable

L'établissement est neuf, très propre, il y a tout le confort nécessaire dans les chambres. Beaucoup de pression dans la douche ! Beaucoup de chaînes de télévision. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Le patron est aimable et serviable. L'hôtel est situé dans une rue calme.

Il n'y a pas de papier toilette dans la salle de bain, il faut penser à en demander à la réception

I like the room, but not the restaurant and the food variety.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff in the reception is helpful and courteous.

Cleanliness in the restaurant should have been better. Tables are not cleaned completely. Breakfast should have been better with more options. Water is filled in plastic tumblers and kept it open in the restaurant.
