Apartment located in the luxury complex Sunset Cliffs on Poniente Beach with direct access to it, it has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.
Comfortable and recently built 139 m² accommodation, with a 20 m² terrace and panoramic views of the sea, the city and the mountains.
Urbanization designed for the enjoyment of our guests, it has an infinity pool with a seasonal open bar and shallow areas, surrounded by natural grass with hammocks, a solarium area and community showers. Outdoor heated pool with separate children's area, 3 outdoor jacuzzis installed near the pool, fully equipped gym with views of the gardens and pool, sauna, paddle tennis court, tennis court, soccer field and basketball court.
It has an elevator (an exterior one with access to the beach), garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, iron, high-speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, community pool + children, heated community pool, private garage in the same building, 2 Smart T.V.
Open plan, induction kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida Rey Jaime I 20, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, in front of Burguer King.
