This condo is located at the center of it all -the "Seven-South" area of Hot Springs. You'll be right on the waterfront, enjoying incredible 180° views of Lake Hamilton. Featuring modern decor and an outstanding location near Oaklawn Racetrack, restaurants, art galleries, shopping, movie theaters, outdoor activities and more, this lovely condo leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy the lake activity and serene sunsets from your oversized private balcony providing some of the best views on Lake Hamilton.

We are located on the beautiful bay of Lookout Point, which is an upscale, quiet community. - No wild parties here.

Guests staying at this Hot Springs vacation rental can look forward to starting each day with gorgeous waterfront views inside a comfortable and carefully designed home. Boasting 1560 square feet of living space, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, (and an oversized 240 square foot private balcony) you and your travel companions will find plenty of space to spread out and relax throughout your stay. You'll have one assigned parking spot near the elevator, and we have keyless entry, so no fumbling with keys! Extra parking spots are just steps away, too.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed, both with new ultra plush mattresses. We can officially sleep 4 adults. Both bathrooms feature their own separate showers, with a wonderful Luxe rain shower in the ensuite master bath! There are 4 full sets of towels in each bathroom, as well as blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

There are flat screen 4K televisions in the living room (50"), master bedroom (50"), and 2nd bedroom (42"). All televisions offer complimentary Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, and other Roku channels to keep you thoroughly relaxed and entertained each day. You'll also have access to private hi-speed WiFi throughout the property.

Enjoy our fully stocked kitchen featuring all the utensils and cookware you would need to channel your inner chef during your stay. The kitchen contains both a traditional coffee maker as well as a Keurig coffee maker. The dining room table will comfortably seat 4 people, along with additional seating at the kitchen bar area. Take care of all your laundry with our washer/dryer, along with detergent, dryer sheets, etc. There is also an iron, ironing board, and luggage racks in the walk-in master closet for your convenience.

Whether you choose to be active or relaxed, we invite you to restore yourself at this beautiful Hot Springs location.

For your comfort we supply all of our guests with complimentary K-cups of coffee with sweetener & creamer to take in the morning lake views. We also provide large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, bath towels & cloths, blow dryers, and an iron with ironing board. We try to think of everything you may need in advance!

We had a great time, condo was spotless and very nicely furnished. Everything you need is provided, just add food and drink and you're ready!! Patio overlooking the lake is shaded and so relaxing to start and end the day. Very quiet but close to anything you want to do.

My sister and I were desperate for a break from dealing with caretaking of our elderly parents and handling particularly stressful times at work, and were looking for a peaceful place at Lake Hamilton to unwind. From the moment we opened the door to this beautiful condo to see the magnificent view of the lake through the windows, we knew that this vacation would be exactly what we needed. We spent the week making steaks and pasta in the gorgeous kitchen, hung out on the very comfy couch to either watch Netflix (which neither of us have) or just to look out on the lake, and quickly getting onto 7 and heading into town to see the park or travel through the mountains. Any questions we had were immediately addressed via text - we've never had a property owner be so responsive, and this is our 7th VRBO. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and convenient - everything we could ask for. As a bonus, we had the joy of being able to watch the 4th of July fireworks over the lake from the balcony, and when it just got too hot, from inside in the air conditioning. Best way to watch fireworks ever!

This property was perfect for our family’s quick stay in Hot Springs! The location was perfect! It was so close to many restaurants and shopping, yet it felt like a quiet condo on the lake when you were on the balcony looking over the water! Frank was so accommodating when we had a slightly earlier than expected arrival! It had everything we needed and was so cute and clean! We will definitely stay here again when we visit Hot Springs!

Great location, everything was clean and exactly as described. Plenty of space. A little noisy, but it was Memorial Day weekend and there was a loud group above us. I’d definitely stay again.

This unit was great in every way. Brand new, spotless and beautiful. We enjoyed the large lakefront patio. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was gorgeous. Fully equipped and about 12 minutes from Oaklawn. We would stay here again. Do not look any further for a place to stay.

Beautiful condo! Highly recommend these condos at Lookout Point. This is the 3rd trip to these condos and they never disappoint us. Right on Lake Hamilton with stunning views from a very large balcony. Very quiet and safe area. Frank is a wonderful host and very helpful.

If you’ve searched for a great place to stay on Lake Hamilton save yourself some further time and just book here. What a perfect place for a weekend getaway! Frank’s condo was super clean, well stocked, and newly updated. As first-time visitors the area, it was within a short drive of everything should you choose to have a full itinerary. We really wanted to relax and unwind and the property allowed for morning coffee on a large deck, easy dinner preparation with well stocked supplies, and a perfect sectional couch for relaxing and watching college football. We had a question how to log in to watch a game on the living room tv and Frank had us hooked up within a couple minutes. We found his responsiveness from check in to check out a huge plus to this condo. The final plus was the reasonable cleaning fees compared to many other properties. Highly recommend!

The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy drive to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful condo.

The Condo was spotless and they thought of anything you may need. Not only perfect for families and couples, but also for friends who each have a bedroom and bathroom. The 2nd bedroom (which I stayed in) was not just an afterthought; Queen bed was super comfy, closet was big, hairdryer in each bathroom with very modern, calming and stylish upgrades throughout the entire place. All appliances new. Balcony is huge and spans the entire width of the Condo. Pool is also super clean and inviting. Everyone we ran into there was super nice. There were ducks, 20-ish geese, turtles, and of course fish you can watch from the comfortable balcony furniture. Housekeeper was amazing. Not only at keeping the place immaculate, but she found an Iphone left behind which I use for music only. Got an immediate text from Frank and she stayed until we could get back and pick it up. She was so sweet. Central to anywhere you'd want to go. Excellent Host and communication from him; would definitely stay again. <3
