We came for a rehearsal dinner, wedding, baptism, and dinner party. This house was so convenient to all of our activities. It was quiet and we slept well which was excellent because we were so busy. Parking was so convenient in back. There were two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with table, living room and study or library. There was a washer and dryer and we did wash one load of clothes. Matt was very responsive and we would definitely stay there again.

I just finished a wonderful weekend celebrating my nephew’s graduation from high school. I was pleased to find Matt’s property available. I was excited to see all the positive reviews, and I'm happy to add mine. The property is exactly as described and incredibly convenient to Snider Plaza. The unit is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I loved how close the property was to my family and how friendly the neighborhood was. Matt was very communicative and extremely kind. I look forward to visiting Dallas again and revisiting Matt’s rental. I would highly recommend this property to other visitors.

What a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of anything you need, and a quick ride into downtown Dallas. The rental was well-equipped with many thoughtful details and Matt was a wonderful host sending neighborhood info and suggestions prior to check-in and messaging during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Perfect situated, very comfortable ,spacious , cheerful and clean. Easy walk to Snider Plaza (grocery, coffee shops, restaurants) and SMU. Nearby park and lovely tree lined streets make it nice for walkers. Sleek decor. Accommodating host.

Great location to visit SMU. Nicley remodeled apartment. We love original floors and all the quirks of an old home. You do have families above but tons of room for a family of 4. Laundry is available if not a little odd. The light switch is in the second bedroom but all the supplies are there to catch up on laundry during a long trip. The kitchen is well stocked but could use a wine glass or two. We loved our stay. Easy to find, easy to access and very clean.

This is a great place to stay in a fantastic location. Beds were very comfortable and the layout was such, that there was enough separation between the bedrooms, with a comfortable living area to relax as well. We arrived in the rain and were greeted by some huge ducks out back enjoying the shower. Matt was a great host and was really good about communicating. Also, we forgot a couple of items, but there's a grocery store right there in Snider Plaza, along with a host of restaurants and also an old German market in Kuby's. Also, a park nearby. Great, great location and a wonderful experience.

We booked this property to have quality time with our parents to kick off the holidays. It was such a central location for all activities we had planned - minutes from downtown, Bishop Arts District, and just 10 minutes to the Arboretum. The cherry on top was the walking distance to great restaurants, grocery, and all the things Snider Plaza has to offer. Beyond that, the apartment was immaculate, cozy, and so comfortable for all in our group. We were all able to enjoy king sized beds that were comfortable to BOOT! Very well stocked, and super accomodating host. I called him late our first night and couldn't find towels. They were WAY STOCKED in the linen closet....all i had to do was look! Thank you Matt for all my questions and the treats! Our parents LOVED the cookies.

The home was just as the description. Everything was clean and we felt right at home. Bonus to have off street parking. House was easy to locate, enter and lock up. Close to many restaurants and shops.
