Absolutely fantastic hotel with extremely accommodating staff; level of customer service was excellent. Hotel room was tastefully decorated& sparkling clean. Swimming pool area again fantastic with beautiful view and great service. We had fabulous stay!

Grey hotel. Lovely staff, very helpful and accommodating. Practically a new hotel, perhaps a little out of the way but not too much of a problem. I recommend you bolt everywhere as it’s very cheap.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It’s modern, clean and customer service is excellent. There was a small issue with our room after checking in, but the staff swiftly moved us to a different (and better) alternative room. The room has absolutely everything you need. The roooftop and pool are very nice (however an issue is the limited number of beds/chairs) Breakfast is delicious with plentiful options. Several decent restaurants in the vicinity, and access to Lisbon via bus is pretty straightforward But the real highlight was the staff! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and you really feel like they do everything to make you feel comfortable and enjoy yourself

Hotel is outside of Lisbon only 30 minutes to airport. Stayed here our last night. Beautiful view of Lisbon across water. Loved the heated rooftop pool. Great way to relax and loved that it was covered so rain didn’t stop us from enjoying pool. Breakfast was amazing!

Nice new hotel, with some helpful staff (the two guys on reception was a great help however when asked a question to one of the hotel lady staff, the answer was lie as I had to the find out the answer with google). Anyway nice hotel, however location is very quiet and well away from Lisbon which is not good if that’s what’s required like me.

Clean and modern hotel in a quiet area of Lisbon. Great charging options in the room with normal 2 pin socket as well as USB-A and USB-C built into the headboard of the bed. Only 2 negatives were that the breakfast could have been more varied and also the wifi keeps on disconnecting

The hotel was reslly nice and the staff was quite friendly. Food options at this hotel weren’t the best for me, as there was no restaurant in the hotel and not many options on their room service menu. The gym was also quite small, but well equipped. It would’ve been nice to have a shuttle service as the hotel is quite far from the Lisbon city centre and there isn’t much to do in the neighborhood.

Can’t wait to go back. New beautiful hotel in an area that you wouldn’t normally pick for a airport stay . Easy in and out short ride with no traffic 25 min direct shot over bridge . Beautiful quiet town with amazing restaurants. The hotel staff was over the top helpful and kind . Room was large super nice and breakfast worth the money. I wish I knew everyone’s names to thank but everyone was so nice and helpful. Thank you.

Very nice hotel (brand new ) opened less than a year ago. Rooms are spacious n I beg with modern / contemporary interior. Included in the room kettle / coffee machine / tote bag and towel for the swimming pool. I had a great stay and might come back soon

Hotel was clean and the roof has a beautiful view of the water. Staff was very friendly. Be aware that there is a fitness center across the street from the hotel that plays very loud music in the mornings. It is also along a school bus route so you’ll hear kids going to/from school as well.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and the people that work here are really the best. I made a little mistake and made a wrong booking, they were so polite and let us stay anyway. Amazing people and amazing hotel! Highly recommend.

What a lovely new hoel on the edge of the older district. You have balconies and a great view of the Vincent D Gama bridge. Great staff. Vertly nice breakfast. I would certainly return

Very nice new modern and clean hotel, but its 40 minutes driving to Lisbon, but the worse is in the area, too much mosquitoes that i couldn't enjoy vacation, sitting in balcony or walk around, very bad mosquitoes area near the river, i got a series problem that i had to go to a clinic to take out a part of a big kind of mosquitoes that styed inside the meat under skin, this type bites and you don't feel they are eating your meat under the skin, my face and body also looks horrible with big inflammation, other wise the hotel and its personal and service are fantastic.
