This stunning 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably. It has been meticulously designed with an abundance of amenities, promising an unforgettable, convenient, and action-packed stay.
*Primary bedroom has 1 king bed and 1 crib, 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed, 3rd bedroom has 1 queen bed, 4th bedroom has 2 single beds
* The tap water is suitable to drink as we have a whole house filter system.
* Very warm house with four heat pumps
* Ample seating and dining options both indoors and outdoors
* Fully equipped kitchen with beautiful, high end appliances and cooking essentials

We are located 15 minutes outside of Christchurch’s city centre. Christchurch is the largest city on New Zealand’s South Island, and is an international destination that uniquely combines urban regeneration with heritage, culture, and endless adventure!
We are situated in Prebbleton, a suburb southwest of Christchurch. This area is central and easily accessible to numerous wedding venues, gardens, wineries, and nature preserves.
You’ll never run out of things to do and see!
There are parking spaces for 3 cars in our driveway.
Our neighbourhood is walkable, however, a car would be easiest to get around. Uber and taxis are available for hire.
There is public transit that runs right through Prebbleton. The bus line is the 81 Lincoln/City direct, and runs from the city centre to the suburb of Lincoln.

1. Most important rule: HAVE FUN!
2. No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm. As we are in a residential area, guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbours; if you don't think you can honour this, we ask you not to book.
3. Visitors & Events
Strictly registered guests only. No parties, any gathering without prior approval will result in an immediate cancellation, with no refund. Bridal parties etc are welcomed with prior approval. Please enquire.
3. Smoking is NOT allowed inside and drugs of any kind are NOT permitted on the property. Any damage caused by smoking or animals inside will result in a $200 extra cleaning fee.
4. Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Any deviation from this is by request only in advance and we will attempt to accommodate. Late notice checkouts will be charged at $100 per hour.
5. All guests must be 25+, except children accompanied by their parents.
6. Only the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking are permitted to stay. If you bring more people than agreed upon by your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged an extra $50 per person per night.
7. Pets are NOT allowed. If you bring a pet, you will be asked to leave without a refund. If you bring a pet and any incident happens with your pet and any other person or animal, the homeowners are not liable.
8. Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the property, including linens, and living & kitchen furnishings, is not permitted and you will be charged accordingly if anything is removed.
9. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
10. Should any damage occur, please notify the owner immediately. Any damage to any items at the property, including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc., are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure.
11. Please respect our home as if it is your own.
Before you leave, we ask that the items below be completed to help our housekeeper prepare for the next guest:
- Please empty the fridge
- Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run.
- Please leave sheets and comforters on the beds.
- Please lock all doors and all windows upon departure
12. Maintenance is not available during your stay unless it's an emergency. If something is broken, please let us know! We will repair it after your stay.
13. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities, as well as loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Best stay ever everything was easy going family loved the house and had a awsome time wonderful location very quiet area

The home is very comfortable and a quick walk into Pebbleton! We loved the outdoor patio, sitting every morning together drinking coffee! Matt was very accommodating and we loved that he left us local snacks to try out! Very delicious! Highly recommend!
If ever we return to New Zealand, we will definitely stay here again!
