Pleasant enough but a bit pricy for the time of year and services offered.

Didn't have the option of ordering breakfast due to removal of service post covid. Option of late arrival very helpfull as our ferry departure was delayed. Liked the room layout which was spacious enough for comfort. Ecstatic to have a shower with good water pressure that I didn't have to dance in to get wet. Adequate kitchen appliances to make self catering an option.

Minimal room service with only one day when more than a change of towels,tiny bin emptied and a top up of complimentary teabags (2) took place. Inclusion of a small brush and shovel to clean up minor spills would have been helpful. Only a few Freeview channels available and no way to log into Netflix as all in a language I don't speak. Good to have a working heatpump but a couple of spare blankets was all we really needed.

we had a 2 night stay it was comfortable enough but wouldn't stay longer

Location was great for our needs Staff really friendly and helpful .

Booked a ground floor room and was put on the first floor . No sky Tv . First night we had no Tv. Thought it was a bit overpriced compared to other places we had stayed.

Excellent location. Warm, clean room with great amenities, comfy bed. Very kind and patient staff.

Wonderful, warm, welcoming hosts. As usual, went above and beyond caring for my 94-year-old mother-in-law. Settled her in, checked on her, helped her with technology. Can't thank them enough.

Disappointed...

Sad to say but Nothing...

The fact that we ran out of toilet paper during the night, there was no spare roll anywhere. No coffee in the room only Tea and the sheets had a horrible mark on them.. 🤢 For $187 per night was disappointment, not what I was expecting for that price...

The room was perfect for our family. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and rhe kitchen dining area gave us space. Beds were super comfy too

Parking wasn't allocated so we didn't get the same park every time. Sometimes we had to park right down the end of the complex

A Disappointing Stay

Comfortable bed; efficient bathroom heater. Pleasant proprietors who told us they had only had the motels for a month: this may account for their unfamiliarity with the problems we encountered in our unit.

We were very disappointed with many aspects of our stay. Concerns that we raised with management as affecting the quality and comfort of our stay in our particular unit, and needing updating include: faulty electrics; poor placement of some bathroom fixtures; and a misleading description of available facilities. Managers apologised for the shortcomings of our prepaid 3-night stay, but were not prepared to offer financial compensation. They said they would give us a better unit next time. However, we will not be returning.
