YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL LOVE THIS HOUSE and will want to come back again and again! 5 bedroom home with additional sleeping and full kitchen and living area in Guest House. So many different areas to hang out and enjoy the view of the lake! Outside area has a gas grill, TV, couch and chairs, dining area (for 6 people to sit). More seating on side porch. Comfortable fire pit area for nightly s'mores! Conveniently located near Duskin Point Marina and Smith Lake Dam. This house is also 10 minutes to the Gateway grocery store, Ace Hardware, Dollar General, Jacks, Subway, Smoothie / Tea shop and 15-20 minutes to Jasper.
Gorgeous flat lot with zero steps to the dock. Easy walk to the dock, with one boat slip (10x28) available for guest's use and swim platform. Also available for guest's use: 2 seater inner tube and a two seater (bull). We will have a Lilly pad, two paddle boards and a kids kayak available.

This house is currently For Sale. If the house sells, we will do our best to move you to a comparable property or refund you in full.
PEAK SEASON: no Saturday to Saturday rentals.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
