Most horrible experience ever.My family feels unsafe, Even Condoms and bird potty here and there.

I don't like it, it's a horrible experience.

room was not clean properly, bad smell and condoms found and a dead bird was stuck on window. Not recommended, pay some money for good hotels, not like this

Hotel gives a sad outlook and depressing atmosphere. But u may visit for emergency short term basis.

Location of hotel, it's close to railway station like 1.2 km walkable distance. Room was clean also the toilet. Staff support was there in early morning 6 am.

1 Towel was provided for 3 people though given when asked. Room was too small to roam around. No free space at all. Water bottle were charged which is usually offered complimentary in other hotels.

Grave problème chez Booking, qui ne tient pas compte du retour d'expérience.

L'amabilité du patron, sincèrement désolé de l'erreur du site booking.com j'exolique après ce que booking doit faire car visiblement ils couvrent l'Inde sans bien connaitre le pays!

BOOKING est RESPONSABLE de ne pas indiquer que cet hotel n'accepte pas les non-indiens. Il faut faire des démarches administratives que ne font pas beaucoup de petits hotels. Nous avons découvert ceci dans l'hotel, grâce aux explications du patron. Car nous avions déjà eu le problème à Aurangabad (et çà s'est moins bien passé!) J'ai les photos de la réception, pour prouver que j'y ai bien été Car, dans ce cas là, Booking vous soupçonne d'être un tricheur et vous demande des preuves... et sinon, vous prélève le prix de la chambre que vous ne pouvez pas avoir... Je ne plaisante pas, j'ai un dossier historisé sur tus les problèmes rencontrés (surtout en Inde). BOOKING DOIT FAIRE PRECIER AUX HOTELS S'ILS ACCEPTENT LES ETRANGERS ET AUTOMATIQUEMENT NE PAS LES PROPOSER AUX ETRANGERS.

Another Perfect Stay And Lovely Staff.

We have stayed in this hotel multiple times Everything was great at this hotel.. Front desk Staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful.. Hotel was Wonderful. It was Even Better than Expected. Rooms are also Very Clean And Comfortable.. This is Perfect Combination of Good Price, Great location and for Perfect rooms !!! 😊

We liked the hotel very much, the hotel staff behaves well with themselves, very good hotel for family,, service is also good, hot water and cold water is also available and can be reached from railway station and many places in Kalpur There is also a market, there are hotels in between, there is no problem in going to the market.
