LIVING AREA
The living room's Smart TV with Chromecast makes this area ideal for watching your favorite shows or the big game. Two side chairs also offer additional seating.

BEDROOMS AND BATH
We provide all rooms with high-quality linens, fluffy pillows, and plush bath towels. Bedroom configurations are as follows:
- Primary bedroom with a king-size bed, 50” Smart TV, and en suite
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds
- Bedroom 4: Queen bed
- Bedroom 5: Two single beds

There are three bathrooms in total:
- Primary bathroom with a shower, separate soaking tub, dual vanities, en suite
- Bathroom 2: With a shower, en suite
- Bathroom 3: With a shower

KITCHEN AND DINING
With its spacious layout and fully-equipped kitchen, our Kasa is the perfect place to entertain guests and spend quality time with your loved ones. The bright kitchen is situated between the living and dining areas, allowing you to cook a delicious meal while enjoying the company of your family and friends.

Our fully-equipped kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, toaster, blender, tea kettle, Keurig dual coffee maker, Ninja pressure cooker with air crisp function, KitchenAid mixer), cookware, bakeware, serve ware, tools, and accessories. The dining room seats (insert number).

OUTDOOR AREA
Spend your time enjoying the warm Florida air and tropical landscape at Kasa Las Palmas, where its spacious patio provides ample space for relaxing and gathering. Featuring a heated pool, a barbecue grill, lounge seats, and a dining area - it’s like having your own private resort!

In addition to the outdoor amenities, there are lawn games such as cornhole, ladder toss, and lawn bowling.

AMENITIES
We want you to feel relaxed, and at home, so we provide the following amenities for your comfort and convenience:
- Bath: Public Goods sustainable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hand soap, lotion, bath tissue, facial tissue, alcohol wipes, makeup towelettes; plush bath, hand, and face towels; and a hairdryer.
- Bedroom: Luxurious linens, bedding, pillows, luggage rack, clothes hangers, white noise machine, and ear plugs.
- Kitchen: For cooking - cooking utensils, silverware, plates, glassware, wine glasses, measuring cups and spoons, pots and pans, knife set, cutting boards, mixing bowls, pots, and pans, baking sheets, cutting board, wine opener, can opener, potholders, food storage, salt and pepper, and olive oil. For dining - dinnerware set, knife set, drinking glasses, silverware set, drink coasters, coffee K-pods, chamomile tea, spearmint tea, English breakfast tea, sugar packets, artificial sweetener, and coffee creamer. For cleaning - dishwasher detergent, hand soap, sponge, surface cleaner, paper towels, kitchen towels, trash can, recycling bin, and trash bags.

Kasa Las Palmas is in the Avalon Harbor neighborhood of Pompano Beach. Often called "the Heart of the Gold Coast,” this area is known for its excellent boating and fishing, with a living coral reef accessible to scuba divers and snorkelers. Dining and shopping options are also abundant, making this location ideal for those who love to experience a little bit of everything!

Getting Around:
Driving a car and using rideshare services are the best options for navigating Pompano Beach. Biking is also popular in this area, and you shall find that the city has well-marked biking lanes and many rental outlets. Our Kasa has an enclosed garage that can accommodate two vehicles and an open driveway that can accommodate one (total of three vehicles). The Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is 19 miles away from our Kasa.

- Kasa welcomes your furry friends! Only 2 dogs are allowed in your Kasa, and a pet fee shall apply depending on your length of stay as follows:
0-6 nights: $25/night
7-28 nights: $23/night
29+ nights: $17.5/night

Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow. Pets cannot be left unattended at the property.
- Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee per cleaning.
- The maximum length of stay you may enjoy at our Kasa is 90 nights.
- If you wish to have the pool heated, a pool heating fee of $35 per night for the full duration of the stay shall be applied. This is a seasonal offering; pool heating will be available from October - March.
- Registered booker must be 25+
