Welcome to your Austin escape, an exclusive two-for-one experience nestled in the vibrant North Loop area. This stylish, modern space consists of two separate yet adjacent apartments, allowing for the perfect combination of togetherness and privacy. With a whopping total of 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this urban retreat can comfortably sleep 16 guests, ideal for large family gatherings, corporate getaways, or a group of friends wanting to explore all Austin has to offer.
Step into your home away from home, where the modern meets the chic. Each living room offers a spacious and inviting environment, with large smart TVs for those cozy movie nights. Both rooms seamlessly blend into the dining area and the fully equipped kitchens, creating an open, sociable space where you can cook, eat, and relax. Grab a glass of wine, sink into our comfy sofas, and let the evening conversations flow.
The kitchen space in both apartments is designed for both seasoned chefs and microwave masters. It comes complete with essential appliances, plus the luxury of a dishwasher. Off the kitchen, a handy laundry room features a stacked washer and dryer, complete with starter supplies. The dining experience doesn't fall short either. Both dining rooms can comfortably seat at least 6 guests, perfect for those memory-making dinners.
Retreat to one of the eight bedrooms for a good night's sleep, with 4 in each apartment: 2 featuring king beds, and 2 with queen beds. All rooms are equipped with luxury hotel-quality linens, ample closet space, and a refreshing ceiling fan, ensuring a restful slumber after your Austin adventures.
The apartments feature a total of 4 pristine full bathrooms, complete with all essentials plus shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It’s the perfect place to freshen up or wind down.

After booking you'll be provided a link where you can purchase upgrades to your booking such as early check-in and late check-out, additional cleanings, and more that will make your Austin experience even better!
We don't charge a security deposit! Where many hosts charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk them not returning your deposit – Austin Vacay remains guest-centric by charging a one-time, non-refundable fee (already included in your booking price) which provides up to $200 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions). This means a lower cost to book, and because accidents happen, protection against costly charges. Plan terms and conditions provided by request after booking.

We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.

2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties
4) No Pets Allowed
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay
9) The elevator operation is controlled by building management, we can not guarantee this amenity
