Garden Cottage in Farnham, Surrey sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.
Garden Cottage is a single-storey property consisting of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a family room with three singles, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a private decking and courtyard with picnic bench, full use of heated indoor swimming pool and tennis court, and off-road parking is available. Within 0.8 miles you will find a shop and pub and please note that one well-behaved dog is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Garden Cottage is a lovely getaway in Surrey, for a family or group of friends. Note: Driveway is cambered, which may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Temporary bed/mattress available on request.

Note: Temporary bed/mattress available on request. Note: Property is situated directly above a riding menage, where horses may occasionally be exercised. Note: There are steep, terraced flower beds immediately below the decking, please make sure children are always supervised. Note: All swimming undertaken at guests' risk. Note: Use of swimming pool is strictly recreational, and not permitted for commercial use. Note: No diving into swimming pool. Note: No alcohol/glassware permitted near or in the pool. Resting within striking distance of the majestic South Downs National Park, Farnham makes a great base for touring the area, littered with plenty of things to see and do. Within the town itself, you will be delighted to find the famous Georgian streets lined with a wealth of independent and quirky shops, offering you and your loved ones a taste of quintessential England. At the heart of the town, is the market, which plays host to an award-winning, weekly market, so you can pick up delicious local produce, all grown, baked, picked or processed all within 50 miles of the market. Whilst here, be sure to brush up on the local history of the town by winding down the streets, where you will find evidence of Stone Age, Roman and Saxon dwellings. Be sure to visit the ruins of Waverley Abbey, found at the loop of the River Wey before discovering the 12th century castle, which was built 1138 AD by Henry de Blois, grandson of William the Conqueror. For keen walkers, the town plays host to a number of walks, which display the history and heritage of the town. Choose to walk the circular Heritage Trail to discover the town’s hidden treasures or enjoy a gentle stroll in Farnham Park. Other attractions within the surrounding area include the Blacknest Golf and Country Club, Birdworld, Go Ape Alice Holt and the endearing Rural Life Living Museum in Tilford.
