The property has a stunning kitchen/diner with breakfast bar and sofa area, full length sliding doors open the space onto a large decked area and lawn. The house includes luxury touches throughout such as flatscreen smart TV, American fridge/freezer, coffee machine, feature fire, utility room and beach store (with it's own separate shower room to wash off the salt and sand!).
Le Var has four beautiful bedrooms; two king ensuite, one further king and one large room with two bunk beds (4 singles), all furnished with super soft linen and fluffy towels. The property has four bathrooms (with showers, baths or both) plus additional W/C.
The garden is laid to lawn and leads directly onto a large decked area with a private gate to the beach. The property has a large driveway with private parking and is a short walk or drive to local shops, restaurants and cafes in Bracklesham Bay and East Wittering Village.

Ground floor features one king bedroom, one large bunk room (four singles) and a large family bathroom with shower and bath.
