Welcome to your dream home! This spacious 4.5 bedroom house is a perfect retreat for you and your family. Situated on a quiet, family-friendly street, this house is perfect for those looking for peace and tranquility.
As you step inside, you are immediately greeted by the spacious foyer which opens onto a living room which is bathed in natural light. The large windows provide a stunning view of treetops, mountains and sky, making the home the perfect place to unwind after a long day.
The kitchen is a chef's dream, with ample counter space and modern appliances. The large island is perfect for preparing meals for your family. The dining area is near the kitchen and is perfect for family meals and gatherings.
The 4+ bedrooms are all generously sized and provide ample space for everyone to relax and unwind. The primary bedroom is especially luxurious, with an en-suite bathroom and plenty of closet space as well as an office attached.
The patio area is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or for relaxing in the evenings.
This home is located on a quiet street that is perfect for families. You'll be able to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the neighborhood while still being close to all the amenities you need. With plenty of space and a great location, this house is the perfect place to call home.
There is a large, private laundry room in the basement plus an extra bathroom..... in case you run out. ;)
You will have the entire 3600 sf main and top floors of the house entirely to yourselves!
You may see us in the driveway, but we have our own private entrance along the side of the house.
Lots of parking in the wrap around driveway or on the street in front of the house. The garage is owner access only, thanks.
No parties, no smoking of anything please :)
We love our family home and our neighbours and would appreciate it if you could treat them kindly. This is a quiet, spacious, family- and senior- friendly neighbourhood, so please keep volume levels and activities respectful, and observe quiet times between 10 pm to 8 am.
We sleep below the "traditional family living room", so please enjoy your evening activities in one of the many other rooms in the house. Thank you so much! :)
