About Oasi Sul Golfo:

Oasi Sul Golfo is an exceptionally spacious full individual apartment holiday home for one to six guests located in the best area of Poetto; in the vicinity of Margine Rosso - the Red Margin - part of Su Forti in Quartu Sant’Elena.

The entire apartment has a traditional Italian charm and flair with modern decor, relaxing colours and great space. With a naturally cool temperature throughout, even in peak sun, the whole environment is a very quiet, peaceful place to be and easy to relax and sleep.

For bookings of three to six guests, access will be exclusively available to the whole apartment.

For bookings of one or two guests, access will be limited to one master bedroom and one bathroom plus all the other areas of the apartment; except the two other bedrooms and second bathroom, which will be unavailable.

The internal apartment comprises of the following key information:

• A generous lounge space with a white pillar and sweeping ceiling of special Italian stucco Venetian paint in white and flamingo pink to look like marble
• Four comfy large sofa chairs that can be connected together as a modular sofa;
• A traditional Sardinian mantelpiece area with large open wood fire on the right side and a 58-inch smart television on the left side;
• A dining space with a round mango wood dining table and chairs for up to six people;
• A relaxation area with a small mango wood table and large chair;
• A lockable security room with a safe and extra storage;
• A spiral staircase leads up to a small office / library room with a table and two chairs. Books are on the shelves for reading in this quiet space;
• Three sizeable double bedrooms: 1. Natural Coral Room, 2. Blue Coral Room and 3. Red Coral Room;
• Two bathrooms are available both with standing showers, sink, toilets and bidets;
• The space is well equipped with all the comforts for either a short or long stay with a fully equipped full-size kitchen
• The kitchen consists of a table and four chairs, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, grill and microwave with all amenities;
• A dedicated utility room with a washing machine, full sink and clothes drying rack;
• A small entrance hallway with space for luggage and access via a security door. Extra storage space is available in the lounge and second bedroom;
• Entrance to the apartment is available either through the security door or via the double-glazed doors leading to the lounge area.

The external outdoor area has steps leading down to a charming traditional Sardinian courtyard terrace space with a dining table and chairs for six people. A traditional Sardinian brick wood or charcoal grill with all amenities for cooking is available for our guests. This external area is perfect for breakfast in the sun, an early evening aperitif, or a relaxing barbecue dinner.

Central air-conditioning is available throughout the apartment from new independent Italian Olimpia Splendid fan coil units connected to a dedicated Tata Drop System, which manages the entire central air-conditioning & duct system in the whole building. A separate photovoltaic system with a Tesla Powerwall 2 with solar panels helps produce additional energy from the sunlight.

Free super-fast fibre broadband Wi-Fi is included.

Free parking access for three cars is available.

Beach towels and beach umbrella are available to use for a small refundable deposit.

The main beach of Cagliari, Poetto beach, which extends eight kilometres from the Sella Del Diavolo to Quartu Sant’Elena, is reachable within a 5 minutes drive or 15 to 20 minutes walk. Margine Rosso beach is the immediate stunning local beach, which leads directly onto Poetto beach, which is just over a kilometre or just under a mile away.

The entire apartment has been newly refurbished throughout and is absolutely perfect for those who wish for a relaxing, peaceful holiday retreat that offers an easy 15 to 20 minutes coastal drive to the city of Cagliari. Oasis Sul Golfo is a starting point to discovering Sardinia’s nature parks, salt and fresh water lakes, mountains, and most of all, the beautiful beaches of the south-east and south-west coasts of Sardinia.

About the Space

Oasi Sul Golfo is fantastic not only for the location but for the size of space available we can offer to our guests which is much larger than an average apartment space in Sardegna; in particular for families or a group of friends up to six people or a couple who would like exceptional space.

The space consists of the following key attributes:

Bedrooms
Three well cared for and spacious bedrooms all with new king beds 160cm x 200cm, luxurious mattresses, 25cm in height and cotton bed linen.
2 x large and small all cotton wash towels included for each guest per room.

The three bedrooms are as follows:
Master Bedroom: Natural Coral Room;
Second Bedroom: Blue Coral Room;
Third Bedroom: Red Coral Room.

Free-standing bamboo open wardrobe space.
2 x wood bedside tables in each room
Brand new Olimpia Splendid fan coil units in each room for air conditioning. Complete with remote controls for easy on/off.
6 spotlights, free-standing light & 2 bedside lights for different lighting effects/moods.
The Blue Coral Room has a small extra storage room for either luggage or hanging clothes.
A Hair-dryer is available on request.

Lounge Area
Exceptionally large open plan lounge space created with a sweeping ceiling of special Italian stucco Veneziano paint in white and flamingo pink to create a marble effect coupled with a white pillar.
Flooring is traditional tiling that is cool to walk on.

A mantelpiece consisting of open fire in the middle with wood logs and a 58-inch smart TV available on the left side, allowing guests to access their own TV accounts on Netflix, Disney, Prime Video etc. Free Italian TV with Rai.

Available are comfy modular sofa chairs that can be fixed together in any shape and a mango wood coffee table.

Bespoke glass shelving with books and objects.

The dining area includes a mango wood dining table with 6 white chairs plus a relaxation area with a small table and overhead hanging light. A 58-inch TV is accessible allowing guests to access their own accounts on Netflix, Disney, Prime Video, etc, or any apps on the G.Playstore. Free Italian TV is available with Rai TV.

2 x large brand new Italian Olimpia Splendid fan coil units in the lounge area with remote control units.

An additional large lockable room in the lounge with a security door has an internal safe for items and a large facility space for luggage storage.

Bathrooms
Two bathrooms are in the apartment. One large main bathroom with white marble includes a new freestanding shower with accessories, a new toilet, a new bidet, water is managed by a new 80-litre Hotpoint Ariston water tank. This bathroom incorporates spotlights and an automated rear light for entry in the dark. An Aermac air conditioning unit is available for use in the main bathroom for cold or hot air.

One smaller bathroom with free-standing shower, new wash sink, toiler and a bidet. The water is managed by a 50-litre Hotpoint Ariston water tank. This smaller barhroom has 2 large LED lights and an additional large LED light upon entry.

Kitchen
A full-size, super-equipped bespoke Binova Italian kitchen.

The kitchen consists of a Bosch dishwasher, AEG oven, Samsung microvave, large Koenic 479 litre large fridge (369 litres) with freezer (110 litres), Foster induction gas hob for use with 6 pans, Foster grill / barbecue facility, Girmi kettle with in-built tea-making facility.

An extendable kitchen table with four chairs is available as well as a pull-out side table for making food, etc. The kitchen is light and airy thanks to a sky light and 4 spotlights for the evening. All kitchen utensils are available with plenty of cupboard space. All Italian recycling bins are included. Extra’s include a selection of different teas and a Lavazza coffee maker machine complete with six free capsules on arrival.

Courtyard Terrace
Outdoor steps lead down to a charming traditional Sardinian external courtyard terrace area equipped with a large built-in grill for outdoor grill/barbecue cooking. All cooking utensils are available for use.

In addition, there is an outdoor sink and tap with water and a decorative stone fountain. A large iron dining table with colourful mosaic tiles and six matching chairs complete the outdoor area for dining and relaxing.

Office / Library Room
A spiral staircase leads up to a small office / library room with a table and two chairs. This space is suitable for reading, relaxing, doing work on a laptop / tablet, or quiet reading time. Books to read are freely available on the shelves, overlooking a palm tree in the garden.

Utility Room
A utility room is available for use consisting of a Hotpoint Ariston washing machine, a large sink plus detergents for washing clothes / swimwear. A drying rack and a new ironing board with new iron are also available for use.

Further Information
Our guests of Oasis Sul Golfo will have exclusive access to all areas of the apartment with two separate entrances, allowing them to enjoy maximum privacy and easy access in and out of the property.

For bookings of one to two guests only, access will be to the apartment; bedrooms and bathrooms. However, access will be limited to the main master bedroom, plus the main bathroom. To note, the other two bedrooms and second bathroom are not accessible for one to two guests.

The apartment is part of a family owned villa; we live on the upper floors. What this means, as hosts, we can be available for any questions. In addition, we can advise our guests on places to visit.

For quiet hours, we would appreciate it if the apartment is quiet between the hours of 10:00pm in the evening and 7:00am in the morning.
