I greatly enjoyed my stay, and Ocracoke is one of my favorite places.

This was a nice, clean and well located unit. TV had Netflix, but I suspect that may have been from a prior guest. Some noise from unit next door, dog barked when it heard us, and conversations could be heard as well. Nice shower, owner provided extension cord for charging golf cart.

The suite was much bigger than we thought it would be. Which was fantastic for the four of us! The location was perfect! And we were lucky to get Suite One… Where we had enough room in the driveway to park a six person golf cart. (We had a baby with us who had to be in a car seat.)
I would say the only complaint would be that the cleaning staff does not seem to clean the floors. They sweep them… But you can’t walk barefoot on them or your feet will turn black. Other than that, we had a wonderful time! Check in and check out were very easy and the property managers are very communicative! I would definitely stay there again!

Parking is tight but that’s how it is everywhere in Ocracoke. Place was clean and spacious for me, my husband, baby, and two dogs. Property manager is easy to get a hold of if needed. Location is great.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was so clean when we first arrived, and had everything we needed. You wouldn’t know you were staying in a “studio” because we felt like we had plenty of space. Maria, who keeps the condos cleaned and stocked, was so sweet and I really enjoyed talking to her. She made sure we got extra towels/toilet paper when we needed them. The host was very responsive to all my questions and very accommodating. I will say that you do share walls with the other suites, and the first two nights we had very noisy neighbors who woke us up early, but that’s not the host’s fault. Just something to be aware of. There is a common room where they provide you drinking water as well as an awesome porch up front! And if you tell the host you’re renting a golf cart they will make sure you have an extension cord to charge it. We had such a wonderful vacation and I look forward to coming back.

We enjoyed our stay completely. Everything was beyond our expectations. Th location was nearly perfect. It could’ve only been better if it sat on the beach. The cost savings made it the perfect place to stay. We look forward to or next visit in the future.
THANK YOU for everything…..

I really enjoyed my stay!! It was super easy to communicate with Kelly; she responded quickly to my questions. Check-in was a snap! The suite offered everything I needed, just as advertised. The queen bed in the main room was very comfortable! I have stayed here several times under previous ownership, and I just want to say that the current owners have made noticeable, significant upgrades!! I have no hesitation in highly recommending this property, and look forward to staying again!!

This unit is part of a large house divided into many units. The place was spotless and equipped for all that we needed and more. The bed was comfortable and the window A/C units keep the place comfortable. It is located down a back street in a residential neighborhood, very close to places to eat. From this place, we were able to ride our bikes to the town, lighthouse, and to the Cedar Island Ferry terminal area. The only issue, potentially for some, is that there is no sound proofing between your unit and the one next to you, so you could hear their conversation. If you close the living room door, it does help though. Fortunately, all people staying were relatively quiet and kept the same hours as we did. Overall, it was an excellent stay and we would return without hesitation.

The property was super clean and the property manager was super responsive. First night was great. Super quiet tenants above us. Second night not so much. The tenant above us was super loud all night. However, that is not on the property manager. Just inconsiderate tenants. Overall, we really liked this property and would recommend it to others.

Had a good time staying here. Easy check in/out. Host communication was right on.
We came to fish for four days. Great place to stay for this.
Not a lot of traffic on the road where located.
Walking distance to most restaurants and the brewery.
Clear and easy directions for guests responsibilities when checking out.

The place was in a convenient location, pretty much within walking distance of most things. Amenities were basic. Bring your own sheets, towels, toiletries, and blankets. Nothing fancy, but served the purpose. It was pretty spacious and parking was easy. Clean and easy to get in and out of. Hostess was easy to work with, but we really didn't have anything that needed attention.

Although we were on the island during recent Tropical Storm we enjoyed our stay. We felt safe and secure in home. Property was very clean. Host was very quick to respond. Marie met us at check-in showed us entire area, gave us information and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend.

There were a few things that were not accurate about the listing. The new owners had just taken over so I don’t blame them, but I feel like any where you would rent for a vacation should have the things that they are advertising they have. There was no hair dryer and there were no linens but both were listed. The previous owner had mentioned to me that I may want to bring my own linens, so I did. He also said 2 queen beds but the bed in the bedroom was a full not a queen so the linens didn’t fit. I truly do not blame the new owners but I feel like they should relist the property correctly. They were very nice and I’m sure things will improve with them owning this property.

Excellent location!! Property manager very nice and helpful with information about the island! We all had great weekend!!
4.0 / 10.0
we where very disappointed because the object did not sample to it was promised to be like.
The furniture was very old , leather sofa at least 30 years old with stains. There was no kitchen as prescribed only a simple camping cook plate and a old dirty microwave.
No washing machine or dryer as prescribed.
The outside terrace where to dirty chairs in front of the garage. Floors were dusty. We were 3 adults with two chairs. A/C only in one room. Owner came in one day later to fix a new one, which was also were loud. We will not recommend to book this place. Was not worth our money, although the new owner tried to do its best. But we were wondering how he could offer such a place.
Finally, the owner Ron was very helpful is made up his way to take care of the property, but we were not happy to spend so much money on this place,

This is our new favorite vacation spot! My husband and I had never been to NC before, and our first visit couldn't have been better.
We rode the ferry over from Swan Quarter, met up with Eric, the owner of the home. He was super friendly, very informative I the island and all of its pros & the 1 con (mosquitos). He gave us info on places to eat and shop. Did a walk through of the house with us and showed us his garage where he had bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and much more and gave us permission to use any of it. The house was a perfect fit for my husband and I. Within walking, biking or golf cart range to everything on the village & just a short drive to the beaches & ponies. We will definitely be back & highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to keep it simple during their stay.

Eric was very helpful and informative before our stay. He spent time during check in making sure we knew where things were on the island. He also made many extras available, such as bikes and beach umbrellas. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable. The location is close to groceries, restaurants, and gas. The tram stop is also within walking distance.
