Guests will love the rich, beamed wooden ceilings and the stunning two-story lava stone fireplace as the living room's centerpiece. Vaulted ceilings in the living room allow for an open and dramatic space where guests can gather in the airy seating area. Open the sliding doors to expand to the covered lanai, or keep them closed and enjoy the A/C. In the den/media room, guests can watch a favorite show on the wall-mounted flat screen, or tuck away for a quiet workspace. The second level has an additional common area with a sofa, TV, and workstation. The lower level has an inviting open flow between the living space, lanai, dining area, and kitchen.

We sincerely loved everything about our stay! This home was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautiful! The kitchen flowed so nicely and it made cooking that much more enjoyable! We stayed with our 6 children ages 17-26 and they loved everything about it! We will definitely be back!

This home is open and spacious. The rooms are laid out beautifully to allow plenty of space for family to gather and/or retreat if they wish. The bedrooms were all spacious and confortable. The kitchen is very well appointed, you will find almost anything you could need.

When we first walked in the door, we marveled at the space, cleanliness and view out the back lanai. As we continued to walk through, we discovered more and more amenities. The huge kitchen was a big hit. Every imaginable appliance, cookware, eating utensils - you name it - was there. The master suite was perfect; air conditioned, walk-in spacious shower, and plenty of room. Our four adult children, and their spouses, had plenty of room as well. And the garage had plenty of beach equipment, chairs, bikes, and scooters. The second fridge in the garage was helpful as well. Just thoroughly enjoyed this house; it provided a great space to relax after our excursions and beach visits. Highly recommend!

When my wife and I entered the door and took a quick tour of the house, we turned to each other and exclaimed with excitement, "It's perfect! We scored!" Thoroughly clean, the house is spacious yet lends itself to a comfortable, cozy environment, and is beautifully placed in the community with a gorgeous backyard. We used the hot tub every day and loved the views of the mountains. If we have another larger gathering on Kauai, you can bet we'll look up this house first!

This trip is ourfirst time going Hawaii. We were having 2nd thoughts on using VRBO since we have a big family...we decided to just go for it.. We came across this property....and OHHHH MAAAANN....so glad that we did! Such a wonderful property to stay in if you have large family! Everything you need is in the house. The property is really clean and you feel at home as soon as you arrive. Although its far from the location where all the activities are...but man you wont regret staying inthis property...it really feels like you are in Hawaii....backyard has a superb view of the mountains! Ohhh...just excellent. Just make sure to reach out to the host before 5pm because you will.not get an answer til the next day. Thats the only bad part but not a bad experience at all with the host. If you message during normal working hours you will get reaponse right away. Otherwise....I would recommend this property to everyone who is looking for cozy VRBO....We Loved it!!!!! Mahalo!

Everything was as expected. We have a large family and we all fit comfortably in a beautiful, tropical and majestic place. Kauai is truly the garden isle-especially the north shore.

We just loved the residence. Had everything we needed to make meals and enjoy the beach. Even some weight equipment. Beautiful area to run - and walk over to some restaurants and shops. Upstairs became a little warm - our girls didn’t want to leave!

If you have eight to 10 people in your group, you probably couldn't find a nicer home than was the Coral Hale and the views were to die for. Princeville is a fantastic area on the North side of Kauai and this home makes everything the North Shore has available very accessible.

We texted and called our island host who took quite awhile to respond. He said he would have the owners unlock the upstairs thermostat but never did and never followed up. Our family of ten enjoyed a winter holiday week at Coral Hale in a beautiful neighborhood in Princeville. It is one of the best appointed and most comfortable VRBO homes our family has visited. Highlights included the lush mountain views, the kitchen with extensive dishware and cookware, outdoor amenities including hot tub, grill and patio furniture on the lanai, and the comfortable beds with high quality linens. The appliances were in excellent condition and we had access to cleaning supplies for use during our stay. The home is a 2 minute drive from the Foodland grocery store (great poke) and minutes from Hanalei and snorkeling at Anini Beach. Booking was easy and the property manager was very responsive.

The house is everything you would want, beautiful, and plenty of room for our family of 9. Very clean, and stocked well with kitchen, beach, bikes, scooters, etc....Property manager was awesome, communicated very promptly and helpful to make our stay enjoyable.Though the house is beautiful, the home owners association is very strict on no noise outside after 9 pm. We had 2 of our group on the back patio having a conversation, and neighbor asked us to keep it down, so conversation was at a whisper, and the Home Owners association police showed up to warn us. Sad you can't have conversations outside on the beautiful patio after 9 pm - even quiet conversations. We would stay here again for the house, but not when you can't enjoy your outdoor patio in a respectful way (not excessive noise as it asks, that's ok, we could live with that - as we weren't being excessive loud, just having a conversation between 2 people). When it says quiet - it means quiet - stay indoors after 9 pm.

The house is incredibly spacious and provided all the supplies we could ask for. Everything was exactly as described on the website. We always felt safe, as it is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and there is shopping center very close by, so we were always within walking distance (or bike or razor scooter) to the Foodland grocery store. It was great starting each morning with the beautiful view from the lanai and ending the evening with some time in the jacuzzi. We did a lot of muddy hiking, so having the washer/dryer was an incredible feature. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

The property is absolutely beautiful, however upon arrival we noticed the floors and counters were not cleaned, there was left over food in the cupboards and fridge, there were some maintenance issues with appliances, (fridge and dryer) the hot tub was not at the proper chlorine level according to the spa maintenance guy and it was “funky” according to him, we found this out after we had used it a few times. There was a leak with the ceiling that raises safety concerns as the water pools on the tile floor and caused a guest to slip and fall. We were also down a shower. I understand these things do happen, however according to the maintenance personnel that came to “fix” the issue mentioned that it is an ongoing problem that they can’t figure out. It would have been appreciated if we would have had a warning about the leak. We lost food in the beginning of our stay because of a torn seal on the fridge that we found out has also been and ongoing problem, but thankfully the company brought over a new fridge and reimbursed us for lost food. Thank you to Kevin for helping us during our stay!

The house and hot tub was great. Garage had lots of supplies for beach which was great appreciated. The kitchen also had a lot of supplies to cook with. Air conditioning worked great down stairs and in master bedroom. The upstairs rooms could get warm at times. I may be the only person to ever assume this, however when the listing says “scooters” it means children razor scooters. I was under the incorrect impression it was Vespas.
