Location was convenient for walking to places near-by and for hopping on the trolley to get to Front Street.

This was a nice place to stay. Geat location and safe. Anytime you see people out at night jogging without a care in the world, you know you're in a decent location. We were 31 minutes from Wilmington Beach and 23 minutes from Wrightsville Beach, about 8 minutes from the Battleship and just a few minutes from the Riverwalk. You could probably just walk from this location if you don't mind a little walking. There is a bar directly across the street so if you don't like loud live music, I'd suggest not staying on the weekends or perhaps not expecting to get peace and quiet until midnight. During the week I believe the bar hours are until midnight and the weekends until 2am. If you or your kids like seeing military aircraft fly or any aircraft at that, this is a good location to just have the balcony doors open and just sit in the living room and watch them fly by.
The master bedroom is nice and so is the second bedroom. Both beds were really comfortable. The bathrooms are nice as well. The kitchen is spacious and there is enough room for 8 to sit at both the island and table combined. Pretty much everything you need to cook anything is supplied. We're a party of 7 and slept comfortably. My husband, our 9 month old baby, and I, slept in the master bedroom. My two girls, both under 8, slept in the second room. My boys, both under 12, slept on pullout sofa in living room. 3 TV's, plenty of towels and pillows. 2 extra twin beds we didn't need. ❤️

My stay was wonderful. My only complaint was the master shower did not have any hot water. Short of the brisk start to each morning I enjoyed everything else.

The floors were sticky. My 3 year old niece’s feet were black after walking on the floor barefoot. There was a substance on the comforter that was very questionable. The temperature in the master shower we weren’t able to adjust it. The place itself was very cute. Wish it was cleaned better. If I’m paying a cleaning a fee, I feel the place should be clean when I arrive.

We stayed her for the Azalea Festival and it was great in location to the Live Oak Pavilion where we enjoyed a concert. Clean and safe!

The unit was clean and comfortable, very well cared for and exactly like the photos. We enjoyed the location and walked to eat and explore downtown Wilmington. There were no check in instructions provided for Wifi which was an issue for logging into work, but once we asked, the password was provided. There were some minor issues, but if it's a new short term rental, hopefully they'll be resolved. Overall, a great little condo!
