As soon as you enter the house you will notice the amazing blue-sapphire water that is steps away. Put your bags down and get ready to enjoy one of the greatest vacations you will ever have.
Island Time offers two Ocean facing King Master suites, along with 2 additional King suites with bunk beds. All rooms are equipped with their own private bathroom. The two King Master suites offer a bathroom that will make you feel like you are in a luxurious spa!
Island Time offers breathtaking views from every angle with large sliding doors and windows that bring the outside in. No one feels left out of the conversation with the open floor plan. If you decide to eat in, you won’t be disappointed. This gourmet kitchen is fitted with top of the line stainless steel appliances. In the cabinets you will find plenty of plates, cups, pots & pans, and anything else needed to make yourself a delicious dinner. The oversized island makes it easy for prepping meals or enjoying a drink with family & friends. Enjoy sitting at the large island or have the whole family enjoy a meal at the dining table.
Take a step outside and enjoy all the outdoor living. The pool is large enough for the whole family, take a swim or just enjoy sitting on those lounge chairs on the tanning ledge. Relax under the covered porch or take a few more steps to the Gazebo where you could use a state of the art grill, pour your self a drink, or just sit and feel like you are on your own private island.
Take a stroll on the beautiful white sandy beach that encompass Flamingo Bay or feel free to enjoy the Clear Kayaks and paddle board that are provided.

We had pretty high expectations after reading the reviews and seeing the pictures BUT nothing prepares you to how great the house is. You have everything you need and Paul, Patrick and Patricia provide all the little details. Super responsive hosts and any small need was taken care of very quickly. The only bad part was having to leave. Highly recommend for your next stay or vacation unless it’s the same time we want to return. We need it that week 😉

My family (4 adults and 2 kids) just spent a week in Exuma and stayed here at Island Time. The house is beautiful and very clean (which is important to me). It’s right on the water with beach access and the kids loved having the pool. The owner was easy to communicate with and was very responsive. He truly thought of everything when furnishing this home. The location was great for us! I highly recommend staying here and hope to book again next year.

This place is like a slice of heaven on earth. So beautiful and relaxing. The condo was extremely clean, had all the kitchen/bath items we needed, beautifully decorated, pool was super nice, and the ocean views were stunning. Easy to get to, and the town is actually not far at all with a decent amount of things to do. We loved our stay here and would definitely go back.

This property is the epitome of a luxury vacation. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a house that was impeccably designed, with beautiful furnishings, and breathtaking panoramic views that will leave you in awe.
The property manager was very responsive and helpful, the house was very clean, and the pool/outdoor living area is literally to die for. I was also pleasantly surprised with how much there was to do within the town as well. My kids had a great time and weren’t bored once! We lacked nothing. This rental is the perfect blend of elegance and relaxation. It was an amazing trip and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend staying here. In fact, I don’t think I’ll be back UNLESS I stay here! It was that perfect!!!! Ten out of ten!!!

We had the most amazing time in Exuma and we had the perfect house! The house is brand new, the pictures don't do it justice. You can tell they spared no expense from the robes, the thick and fluffy towels, to the custom yeti's & shot glasses they supplied. The beds were very comfortable and it was so nice to have such a large refrigerator and two washers and dryers. The pool was obviously a favorite, the kids would swim until 11:00 every night. The beach is absolutely wonderful and we barely saw people the whole week. Stay Exuma luxury rentals is definitely the place to stay!

We had such a fantastic, relaxing vacation at this house. The views of the ocean from the pool & patio are incredible. The sand is smooth and great for walking barefoot. The house itself was beautifully decorated, the beds were super comfy, and the kids especially loved the bunk beds. The kitchen had top tier appliances and cookware, I especially appreciated the big fridges! The pool, comfy outdoor seating, and outdoor grill/kitchen were used pretty much every night and we seemed to have the nights to ourselves. The house is within walking distance of several restaurants and a grocery store is just a short drive away so it is very conveniently placed.
The owner couldn’t have been friendlier and responsive. It was a beautiful home on a gorgeous, safe island with breathtaking views and amazing food. We’ll definitely be back!

I loved staying in the beautiful vacation home, Island Time, on the gorgeous island of Exuma. It is by far the most stunning place I have ever been to and stayed at.
Island Time was such a comfortable home and it had all the amenities you could possibly need or want.
I enjoyed the fantastic ocean views from both inside and outside of Island Time. I also spent a lot of time relaxing in and around the pristine pool enjoying those fabulous views.
There was only one problem, I wasn’t there long enough! But I will be rebooking soon for next year!

Our whole experience was absolutely amazing - I will start from the beginning.
We arrived in GGT midday and after suffering the horrors of modern air travel, we were greeted by our cars being ready for us right outside of the customs office. I think we walked 30 feet. Our host set everything up - all we had to do was sign some quick papers and we were on our way.
After a short and scenic 15-20 minute drive, we arrived at “island time”. Upon entering the home, we were greeted by the amazing decor, a modern kitchen, a stocked fridge (ask about this service - it’s great) and the AMAZING view. The house was everything you see in the pictures and more. All 4 bedrooms are master suites with the large front 2 facing the ocean. The back 2 bedrooms are very nice as well. These rooms also boast bunk beds in addition to their primary beds.
The pool area is wonderful. My wife really enjoyed the shallow area where you can lay in the sun and still lay in the cool water. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for our steak and lobster dinner night as well as casual conversation and drinks all day. One of our favorite features were the clear bottom kayaks. Man were these fun. There are several reef areas you can reach. We also utilized a boat charter that was recommended by our host and it was an amazing time.
We have stayed on exuma many times, but I think we finally found our go-to vacation rental. Thank you, Paul and team, for making our vacation so special.

Our family couldn't be happier with our decision to rent Island Time, it is probably the nicest house we have ever rented. The house was stocked with everything we needed... not that we stayed inside much. The outdoor space was perfect, from the Gazebo, lounge chairs, pool chairs, grill, and the clear Kayak & paddle board (huge hit with the whole family). We will definitely be coming back!

We loved this vacation! House is gorgeous, super spacious and equipped with everything needed. Beautiful pool and awesome lounge chairs, right on the beach. And the beach is breathtaking!!! We loved our morning walks after coffee, and late afternoon walks to get drinks from Peninsula Bar or Coco Plum Bistro. Everything was amazing!

As a busy professional desperately needing to reconnect with my family and friends, Island Time was an absolute blessing. Nestled amidst the breathtaking beauty of the Exuma waters, this property provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The beach and pool were nothing short of spectacular, offering a serene backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. I found myself frequently drawn to the pool, where I could leisurely soak in the mesmerizing views while unwinding from the stresses of work.

Finding the perfect vacation spot for my husband and I is always a top priority when leaving our little ones behind, and let me tell you, this house absolutely nailed it! From the moment we arrived, the stunning views of the ocean had us all in awe, and the crystal-clear waters were breathtaking. The spacious layout of the house provided plenty of room to relax and enjoy one another. The host was incredibly responsive to all our needs and my 100 questions, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfection. If you're looking for a place to create lasting memories, look no further! We will definitely be back with the kiddos!

This was my second trip to Exuma and this was better than the last trip. I loved this house and the location was awesome. It was only 5 minutes to the golf course at Emerald Bay and close to many restaurants that were great. The house was beautiful and it was as if they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The kids loved the see through kayak. The view and beach never gets old. The host was great to work with and his information he provided of things to do and places to go really helped us relax and have fun. This won’t be my last to time Exuma, and I will definitely book with Paul again!

We have stayed in Exuma several times and this house far exceeded our expectations, the pictures online don't do it justice. The pool and beach were just a few steps apart and it was apparent that no expense was spared by this homeowner. The house looked like it was straight out of a magazine. Paul was able to provide some new restaurant recommendations and was easily accessible if we had any questions. The location was great and I would highly recommend this house for your stay in Exuma!
