The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom is a charming haven with a triple bunk bed, featuring a twin-size mattress on the bottom, a full-size mattress in the middle, and a twin-size mattress on the top. The apartment is fully equipped, complete with all the appliances and utensils you need for a flawless dinner.

This apartment is designed for your comfort, featuring air conditioning in the kitchen, family room, and both bedrooms, ensuring a cool and inviting atmosphere in every corner. The Isleta Marina complex has 3 swimming pools (2 adults/1 kids), and tennis, basketball & volleyball courts


Isleta Marina and its neighboring regions provide opportunities to rent various private charter boats, allowing you to immerse yourself in the splendid natural wonders the area presents. You can contract¬¬ a private charter or boat rental for a guided expedition, exploring the enchanting Icaco and Palomino islands, where the treasures of the ocean await your discovery.

FLIGHT INTO PUERTO RICO
If you are flying into Puerto Rico, please keep in mind your arrival flight time. It takes between 45 minutes to an hour to arrive to Fajardo from San Juan Airport, please make sure you calculate your travel time accordingly. Our recommendation is to arrive during the day, no later than 6:00pm. For guests arriving after the final ferry, kindly note that alternative accommodations in the vicinity will be necessary, as we are unable to make exceptions in this regard.

Please note that the island does not have a grocery store onsite. We recommend visiting a local grocery store before you arrive to the island. We have a folding wagon in the apartment, feel free to use it when you visit the grocery store. There is a restaurant on the island named Harbor Café Isleta Marina, but is open Thursday through Sundays 10AM – 10:30PM.


KEEP IN MIND
To arrive to the island, you must take the ferry, which is free of charge and runs every 15 minutes. The schedule for the ferry is as follows:

6:30 am to 10:00 pm Sunday to Thursday
6:30 am to 10:30 pm Friday to Saturday

There is a parking lot across the street from the ferry docks with a $5.60 daily fee or you can park on the street for free at your own risk.


APARTMENT NON-NEGOTIABLE RULES:
- To ensure maximum security in the complex, guests' names will be provided in advance and verified by security guards during check-in.
- Kids under 12 must have adult supervision, especially on the balcony and swimming pool.
- No pets are allowed; service animals are welcome.
- No parties or loud music. If security is called, you will need to vacate immediately!
The apartment is STRICTLY non-smoking.


Please be aware that our apartment is not favorable to a party atmosphere. If you're seeking vibrant nightlife and energetic festivities, we kindly recommend exploring other options better suited to your preferences.
