Another fantastic home from AnaheimVacationHouse!. Visit our Beautiful Pool Home, perfectly set up for 4+ families. Our home is designer-decorated and renovated from the inside out.

On the first floor, you will find a beautiful kitchen with new cabinets, all-new black stainless steel appliances ( stove/oven, refrigerator w/3 choices of ice, microwave, and dishwasher) granite countertops, and a laundry room in the pantry. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining room table for 10 and sit-up counter for 2 and a large screen smart TV. The home features 1 King Master Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, 1 Cal King Bedroom with a Jack 'n Jill bathroom (shared w/kitchen area), 2 Cal-King Bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, and 1 additional bathroom in the hall, and a supersized family room. Most of the first floor is LVP flooring and the bedrooms all have carpet. The second floor enters into a loft game room (with a sectional sofa that has a queen sleeper sofa) and leads to a children's bedroom with full over full bunk beds and twin trundle underneath. All bedrooms have 55''+ LCD Smart TVs. The bathrooms are beautifully upgraded with granite/travertine/porcelain counters and tiled showers.

Family room & Dining room has a 70" LCD TV w/DVD player and Disney plus w/Hulu w/live tv, Netflix . Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included. Master has 65" & Loft & backroom

Relax in our sparkling pool with Jacuzzi in the rear yard. outdoor living area set and dining set. Pergola with retractable awning. We monitor and control the temperature for you remotely from our office to make sure it will be on and to the temperature when you arrive. Enjoy our outdoor seating and propane BBQ Grill. 6-7 miles to Disneyland and about 6-7 miles to Anaheim Convention Center.

This house SLEEPS 19 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 20 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors)
Maximum Vehicles 5-6.
The city has a 10 pm Outside noise ordinance. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

*All Major credit cards & debit cards are accepted.
A refundable $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102. waterfalls.

All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:
These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. If you reside within 100 miles of Disneyland, there will be an extra $500 security deposit to ensure city rules and regulations are kept. Additionally, houses are protected with Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras.

Alarm system in casita - battery was low. The bypass was less than 20 secs. Internet was intermittent all weekend. Casual br had no place to place anything beside sink. Shower in main master bath drains very slowly.There ids of consistent naming of game room/ casita in the home owners guide.

This was the perfect place for our large family. The house was very clean, well organized with ample supplies. The pool and back yard were amazing. The hosts were excellent and check in process was seamless. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was fantastic for myself and 13 other family members staying together. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the pool/hot tub outdoor space was perfect. We especially loved the added security of parking in a garage and driveway. Had everything we needed and hosts were responsive before, during, and after our trip. Would definitely stay in this property again!

The house was Clean and locate in a nice quiet neighborhood. Convenient for Disney. Universal is about an hour. Feel a bit damp, may be Some fresh sense or fragrance at the 1st day would be more pleasant. The towels and extra blanket for sofa beds are old and wear down a bit. Some more cooking condiments like sugar, coffee, tea, seasonings would be perfect. The host team response promptly with any issues. Overall it is a great house that can sleep upto 20 as listed.

This house was able to meet the accommodation of the group I was with. Each of the areas of the house were clean and necessary supplies were provided (towels, wash clothes, extra toilet paper). It was a relaxful envorinemat. The Casita was perfect for the one couple that was part of our group.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is clean, house is roomy and all beds were comfortable. The hosts were responsive and check in / check out was easy to navigate. Our family vacation was so much better being able to stay here, in close proximity to everywhere you want to be in Southern California.

Thank you for hosting us. You guys were great. Thank you for being patient with me when I called. This property is perfect for Disneyland. It’s a 10 minute drive to Disney. The neighborhood is great, quite peaceful the neighbor neighbors were excellent. Had no issues with this House. The swimming pool was great. The kids enjoyed it so much after a long day at Disneyland just to soak for a little while. Totally understand why there’s a curfew for swimming pool. Conveniently located for a lot of other places also Walmart target Starbucks any of these stores were available and close by for us to do shopping, totally recommend you guys. If we ever visit LA again, we will definitely hit you up. Enjoy our time plenty of towels. Linen parking was excellent here enough for five vehicles Thank you till next time

Our stay was really great. The rental property had all of the necessities we needed and more. The kids had the best time swimming in the pool and the hot tub.

Overall good stay in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked and had state of the art appliances. The pool was clean and there were lots of toys for the kids. It was cooler than normal outside and the AC had a hard time keeping the home cool. The primary bedroom fan does not work without the recessed lights being on as they are on the same switch. There is a carpet tact at the threshold of the door than was painful to walk on. Being so close to Disneyland was perfect.

We really loved our stay here. There was plenty of room. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. The first couple of days were more stressful with us trying to be quiet. There was so much about making sure we are quiet or we would be fined, that I think our group was a bit paranoid and dampened our stay a little bit. Especially with the alarms on the doors that would go off every time you would go out if you didn't push the button. We got some sticky notes that helped remind everyone, and the alarms went off less. We didn't even go in the game room. We didn't know it was there until after our stay. That was too bad! So make sure you check out the game room in the garage (I think that's where it is). Everything else was really wonderful, and the property management was really great. We loved it!

This property was very comfortable for our family and friends. We really enjoyed our stay and this property didn’t disappoint. Everything was adequately stocked and available. The jacuzzi was fantastic and relaxing at the end of each day. Would stay here again.

Our family of all ages from 1 to 80 had a great stay but keep in mind if you have multiple vehicles it is difficult to coordinate parking in the single driveway since street parking was not allowed. We did enjoy that there were additional fans in closets to help air flow. And we also enjoyed there were items for kids such as life jackets, pool toys and other various items that are helpful with kids. The 4 bathrooms were very clean and nice to have to accommodate our 15 guests. Neighborhood was nice and clean, all yard work was done. The pool and spa was really nice to enjoy with the family. Overall, nice clean house, plenty of room for everyone and I was really happy that when we texted the property manager about a quick question I had a response in less than 5 min. If we were to making a family trip again we would choose this home.

We stayed in town for a triathlon national championship. Stay was great, just bummed we couldn't use the pool/hot tub past 10 pm due to city regulations. Highly recommend!

Amazing find for a large group! The house is beautifully decorated and furnished. There is a grocery store, Target, and dining options only minutes away. Our group enjoyed the pool and the calm neighborhood. When we had a maintenance issue, it was easy to communicate with Jeff and had the issue resolved that day. We highly recommend this stay!

Although this was a family emergency, many of us flew/drove from out of state. Some of us being from Texas and other from Oregon, we all met up for this cause, but this wonderful home made us feel calm and safe. It made us feel like we were back home, and we are grateful for how clean and nice it was. We will definitely be coming back to this house when we visit California again!
