Furniture was out of date and scratched up. TV was for some reason set up through a Roku. Bedroom air conditioner sounder like a semi when it kicked on all night. Staff was friendly but lazy river was not operational.

Our room 608 needs some updates. Countertop, microwave, area of ceiling, lamp needed replaced. Looks pretty beat up. View was great and bed was comfortable. I did mop floor again as my husband took his shoes off when we got there and feet were black from floor. After mopped it was fine. I think if it was fixed this would be a great room.

The resort was clean and had nice amenities. This was a return visit for me. My only problem was they now allow pets. So many people brought dogs, some pretty large, over the 20 lb. limit specified by the hotel. The rules indicated that the owner was supposed to carry the dog while in the elevator; few people adhered to that. Some owners also allowed their dogs to poop on the sand and they didn't clean up behind them. Someone had a dog that you could hear barking in the room during the evening hours.

Do not recommend this hotel. Overly populated with dogs. I love dogs but I would've known this hotel was dog friendly before staying. The smell lingered in the elevators. Speaking of elevators, one of the two were down majority of our stay. Room was not very clean, bathroom was so small you could barely close the door. On day 2 of our stay, the patio lock broke and the TV Backlight went on. Floors were extremely slippery and dirty, and there was black mold on the curtains of the balcony. Parking garage is very TIGHT, made me anxious turning in and out everytime we came or went. Restaurant food was nasty and unseasoned. The only positives about this property was that it's on the beach and the variety of pools/Jacuzzis and the DJ on the weekends. Please spend your money elsewhere. We sent out a complaint with photos and only received a refund of $60.

10-digit room code was a JOKE !!! Never worked right from day one so they ended up giving us a 4-digit code. Too many Dogs everywhere !!! Barking at night and day was not good :( BTW we love dogs but on vacation ???Parking across the street was not convenient. Pool bar was always closed. Men's Restroom at floating river pool had the stall door hanging by one hinge. Indoor Pools and Hot tubs were dirty. Elevator floors very wet and nasty. Room floor full of sand from day one. AC louvers could not be adjusted to keep the cold air off you while in the bed. Ended up putting a chair and pillows in front of AC unit. Bathroom was sooo small only one person could be in there at a time. TV didn't work until we got the hotel staff to reprogram it. Then we only got basic channels without a TV guide. Nightly charge including taxes was very high !!!! Won't be staying here again.

We enjoyed for the most part. Bar staff was fun and a joy to meet! Heaven, Debbie, Natalia and the others were wonderful. Check in and front desk need some help on making people welcome and clear instructions. You NEED someone helping to enforce the no smoking/vaping. I can’t tell you how sicking the smell of weed was at pool, on balcony and in elevator. Everyone has the right to enjoy, but so do we! In front of kids and families. Awful! Need to remember your policy on that. The grounds were nice, rooms clean, not any place to sit other than the bed or table chairs. Need a couch or something.

The hotel was in a good location and had a good atmosphere with the pool, pool bar and DJ. The bartender and dj were both great along with the restaurant staff. The room codes are very hard to remember (10-digit code to enter the room) and the hotel is outdated but for the price it is a good location and fun atmosphere.

Check in was fine. Arrived to room to find the curtains dripping wet with water dripping from the ceiling and floor wet. This caused a musty smell and the table/dresser tops were wet from the condensation of the water in the room. The smoke detector was beeping as well. When the door was closed there was a loud noise from the back draft of the room. Front desk sent maintenance which we out front told them we needed to change rooms. They finally changed our room after trying to give us the run around. And moved us to a smaller down graded room which was frustrating!! Then had issues with the door code to get in which resulted in maintenance having to come drill in the door. We won’t be back to say the least.

I’d call this place the Carnival cruise of hotels. Good time, but not a place for relaxing. Service staff all around were great and polite. On site dining was not great. Dogs everywhere, including my own, so they’ve got no issues with any breed as long as they’re friendly. Bring your own dog bags, as the park next door runs out immediately. Don’t get a room higher than midway up or you’ll spend a half hour on the elevator lol

We liked the view but the room was gross. Carpet old, always felt wet and smelled. Light fixtures were covered in dust and was not a very welcoming staff. Never would I recommend or stay there again

I loved the location to downtown activities. The boardwalk is about a mile away and it was an easy walk for me but if you wanted to Uber they were cheap because it’s only a mile. I will be going back to the Patricia for sure!!! I recommend for sure. The views of ocean were great and beach access was a quick trip even from the 18th floor that I was on.

The entire place was beautifully decorated, clean and well kept. The closeness to the beach area and view of the beach from the pools was very nice. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean from our room. The onsite dinning and bar was a big plus. The staff were extremely friendly. However, our room door didn't allow me to lock either door (entry door nor the balcony door) from the inside. So basically the automatic door lock and a little door block at the top of the door was the only lock protection I had. There was someone the kept sliding brochures and coupons under our door. The bed was hard as a rock with no give at all. And the air unit was extremely loud. Kept the room cold and moisture free but loud. There was no water pressure in the shower. But overall, I did enjoy my stay.

The floor in our room was nasty , slimy and wet so I assumed they just cleaned it so I took a towel to dry it and the towel turned black ,,,, even after they cleaned it again it was still slimy in some spots ….. other than that it was a wonderful place …

My room was not clean upon arrival and had some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. It took 6 phone calls to the front desk, many chats with the Vacasa app, and 16 hours for the issues to be addressed. I don’t know that I would consider staying here again.

The room was nice, but we were unable to use our balcony. Pigeons had taken over the space and pooped all over the balcony and chairs. We asked at the front desk to be moved to another room but were denied that. They told us there were no rooms available, but after looking online I saw that there were rooms available to rent. They also said they would send someone to clean the balcony, but it never happened. This was very disappointing in that I love to sit on the balcony and watch the waves and the beach, sunrises and sunsets. We also kept having issues with our code to unlock our room. They also told us at the front desk that there had been pigeon traps set, so they obviously were aware that there was a problem and gave us that room anyway. We paid for an ocean view room, but were unable to sit out on the balcony which left us feeling somewhat cheated out of part of what we enjoy doing while staying in the Patricia Grand on vacation.

We had fun but the hotel is in need of some updating. They clean but clean quickly and miss things like behind the bathroom door. They do have towels and beach towels for your use. This is nice. They also have a dvd rental kiosk. It is a 3 star hotel a little fuether from the strip.

My husband and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary and decided to stay at The Patricia Grand for a week and it was AMAZING. They were so clean, and friendly, we loved the fact that they have quiet hours. The beach was a dew steps from the building, great pool area. We are planning another trip next year, but this time we will be bringing our kids.

Resort was fantastic! The room had a wonderful view of the ocean and the room was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were walking distance from many restaurants, which was helpful. Only issue we had was that the parking garage was very difficult to navigate.

We were very disappointed in the condition of the room. The bathtub did not drain - and there was no drain stopper. The water pressure was so poor it took 10 minutes to rinse your hair. There was no drain stopper in the sink either. There were no electrical plugs available to plug in phone chargers. The passageway immediately outside the room was dirty and stained. The hottubs had mold and broken tiles. Several of the chairs poolside had mold. Trash cans were overflowing. The property has so much potential and is in a great location. It is just not well cared for or clean.
