About this house rental

Duplex apartment in the owners' house (which also includes guest rooms and a tiny house). Independent access through the garden of the property, parking in front of the property (on the public road). Access by a step. On the ground floor: living room with kitchenette area (mini fridge, electric hob, combined microwave, sink), TV area with sofa bed (140x190 cm) and bathroom (shower + wc). On the 1st floor: bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm) with small balcony. Shared terrace of the guest house, shared garden and outdoor swimming pool. La Cigale et la Fourmi, a character guest house located 700 meters from Lake Bourget, offers 2 bedrooms and a gite in the main house as well as a Tiny house. You can enjoy the many outdoor facilities including the swimming pool and its equipped beach, the giant Connect 4, children's games and the large, nicely landscaped garden. Among the assets of Le Pigeonnier: its bedroom with balcony opening onto the garden, its shared swimming pool and its fitted wooden terrace, its ideal location 700 meters from Lac du Bourget, the multitude of activities to practice nearby (between alpine skiing, Nordic, nautical activities, hydrotherapy, etc.).
