Nice and quite stay😊

The shape of the bungalow is pretty cool! My shower was outside and I liked it with the sun was soo good, but you have to calculate the incovenience as is outside we found poo of mice the morning later. Air conditioning was working so good. Pool was adorable and the location a bit hidden from the traffic so nice 😊

Breakfast wasn’t really special, butter was expired but still not too bad. Maybe a little land were to chill down or doing yoga was good but we didn’t found any free grass or place in the area of the property.

Grateful for the timing, and seeing the charm & beautiful surroundings when I did ..

This was a charming romantic property . For a short stay …My villa was adorable … the pool is the saving grace. I saw the most beautiful sunsets from there. The staff are lovely, and would love to help you … they do their best but the language barrier is just to great. So be prepared. To be on your own …When I arrived I had a beautiful view… but that was changing as I was leaving … I was there 32 days.

The name is missing leading, it is 25/20 mins south east of UBUD. In a new subdivision, a long ways off the main road. Transportation options, if you ride a scooter you are golden you can rent from them .. otherwise get a driver, & GoJek.. The area is exploding with new construction all around the property & including the property as they are expanding. I loved my villa, but it got way too hot during the day & the air con just could not keep up. It doesn’t help that it had gaps in the construction… I had a couple cute gecko 🦎 living with me ! I loved my out door shower .. however the shower head need to be replaced along the moldy shower curtain. There isn’t a true kitchen on the property. They make a omelette or pancake for breakfast with fruit toast.. but that’s done on hot plate .. so GRAB or GoJek are your options for food . Each villa would benefit from a small refrigerator…

Looks better in photos! It’s cheap and has potential but keep low expectations!

The peace and quiet from the location was great. The AC in room 14 worked well (after moving from room 13). The pool was beautiful over looking the rice fields. The space in the bathroom was also appreciated. Agus is very easily reachable and accommodating, and helpful if he can.

First we had to ask to move because the AC wasn’t working but only because I suggested it. There is no privacy when it comes to the noise from the other rooms, you can hear absolutely everything! There was a bad smell coming out of the bathroom so strong that we had Palo Santo and incense burning to cover it up. The shampoo/shower holders were broken and leaked on the floor, when I mentioned it, no one has replaced/refill (a good thing I travel with my own). The breakfast was very limited (a very flat, like a crepe, omelette, 5 pieces of papaya and watermelon and 1 cup of tea) most of the time we had breakfast in ubud centre rather than there. Then the last thing I’d rented an Nmax for 150k/day (which is more than anywhere I stayed before in Bali, I live in Jakarta so I come to Bali quite a lot), the bike was old and ended breaking on us on our last day 10km from the accommodation. I think the bike should be checked or replaced, it’s absolutely not worth 150k/day.

Paraje en la jungla

La zona, baño en la piscina mirando la jungla y el atardecer. Necesitas moto para moverte ya que esta apartado, la alquilas allí. Se agradece mucho la tranquilidad del lugar. Cabaña cómoda y limpia. Personal muy servicial, te coges los refrescos de la nevera del bar y puedes guardar en ella lo que tengas. Desayuno rico. Recomendable si quieres desconectar, a 1 minuto de un río precioso y 30 de Ubud.

Excellent séjour de 2 jours.

Un établissement familial avec un staff qui est complètement dévoué à votre confort et vos besoins. Scooter à disposition à louer sur place Endroit très reposant très belle vue sur rizière et forêt et juste à quelques minutes en scooter du centre ville de Giandar et 15 min d Ubud . Très belle piscine avec vue exceptionnelle. Bar sur place et possibilité de faire livrer par le staff vos dîners nous recommandons

Juste un point d amélioration sur le petit déjeuner mais très bon rapport qualité prix.

Geweldig verblijf, hygiëne kan beter

Heel toffe locatie met mooi uitzicht. Zwembad was fijn en je douche/badkamer is aan de achterkant outdoor. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hele toffe locatie!

Het is heel gehorig en ochtendpersoneel sprak niet vloeiend engels. Ontbijt was bepekt (wel lekker). 1e nacht liep er een grote spin (groter dan mijn voet) over mijn voet! Die is ons 3 avonden lastig blijven vallen. Kamer heel erg stoffig, en badkamer schimmel op douchgordijnen/lekkende slang.

Clean and comfortable with great staff, but a bit isolated

Atmosphere/ambience in general is really nice. Staff is extremely kind, helpful and approachable. It is possible to rent motorbikes which is a must-have if you are looking to stay in this place (because of being remote). It is very close to Monkey forest and a few nice waterfalls and in a fair distance to mount Batur area and lake.

I can't say that I didn't like. I liked it very much, I can only mention about a few minor improvement points: 1) Trying a few times from different phones, I couldn't reach to anyone from the villas when I landed at 7pm to Denpasar Airport. I travelled more than one hour with a taxi and was worried if there will be anyone to meet me. But there is people to welcome you so don't worry! 2) You definitely need a driver organised for you in advance if you don't want to be ripped off by the airport taxi drivers! It can be significantly cheaper. 3) Definitely book your motorbike in advance since this place is little remote and make sure you are going to have a good helmet. 4) If you are staying longer than a few days, you may look for some variety in breakfast.

Oikein miellyttävä

Ihanan rauhallinen pieni paikka keskellä peltoja. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Saimme myös tilattua ruokaa suoraan omalle terasseille.

Aamiainen melko pieni mutta samaa luokkaa tuntuu olevan muissakin majoituksissa saarella. Vähän kaukana kaikesta. Tarvitsee skootterin tai kyydin että pääsee mihinkään. Ei ravintoloita tai kauppoja lähellä.

Most tranquil villa

The staff Wayan,Made and the owner Agus were excellent,went out of their way to make the stay super comfortable.outside shower was bliss. Will definitely visit again.

Suggest to put signage up outside with the name/address as our grab driver struggled to find the location

Great view in the jungle and excellent staff!

Exceptional staff that wants you to feel comfortable and are at your service whatever the concern is. They make you feel like family. I stayed for 11 nights and loved the place. Made was really great, he drives motorbike taxi safely and is a great guide for tourist attractions. He also makes delicious breakfast! The pool is clean and I loved the depth of it (it has different levels). I also loved the shower which had an open ceiling towards the sky. You can order food in the lobby and they will bring it to you. The place is new, it’s only 6-7 months old and they’re still building the last bungalows so there was some noise on and off.

Remember to bring earplugs since the bungalows are not soundproof. There was a mouse in my room which kept me awake some of the nights (the owner tried to catch it).

Great get away and great views

Everything staff was amazing and very helpful. Hot water! Very beautiful view. The beds were super comfortable!!

They tried to sell stuff , and you have to pay for coffee when I had breakfast aded in my reservation. Shower was outside. It was very nice but whej we got there ot was raining so it was cold

Amazing place and great value!

Everything about this place was perfection. The quiet location, the pool, the shower, the breakfast included. Agus, the owner of this place was very accommodating and very helpful! He suggested that I visit Nusa Penida and so I did! If you’re looking a for a quiet, relaxing, beautiful place for great value this is it! I also have to mention that Made (staff member) was always making sure that I was comfortable, he also drove me to places since I didn’t rent a bike while I was there, but you can definitely rent one and they will also help you with any activities that you want to do. Thank you Agus and Made! I hope to visit again!

Aceptable

Muy tranquilo en medio de la naturaleza, personal muy amable, piscina perfecta y tranquilidad absoluta.

El alojamiento está bastante escondido respecto al centro de Ubud, por lo que nosotros al no usar moto tuvimos que recurrir a taxis todas las noches. Las habitaciones no son estancas por lo que es necesario dormir con mosquitera. Yo ampliaría la carta de desayuno con más frutas y con opciones dulces.

Tidak berubah dari sebelum nya,tempat ini memberikan kenyamanan tingkat tinggi.. Sangat tenang,tapi dekat dengan kota dan pasar tradisional berbagai macam makanan khas bali ada disini,owner sangat membantu ,staff melayani penuh dan memenuhi segala keinginan kami, kami di anggap seperti keluarga sendiri, Tempat ini bersih,sarapan enak,harga nya murah,nyaman,tidak bising,kolam nya indah dan air nya tidak terlalu dingin,harga nya pun murah Saya merekomendasikan dan pasti akan kembali lagi dalam waktu dekat.. Enjoy the serenity

Staying here was not just somewhere to stay it was an experience. Little A frame villas that where amazing nestled in hills of ubud. There is no tv or fridge in room but no need sitting on your own private balcony listening to the wildlife while enjoying you favourite cold beverage a++++++ service and you can even hire motor bike or tours the pool is amazing it’s small but there are only 3 villas so there is plenty of room I cannot recommend enough.

No fridge in rooms nothing else it’s perfect

Perfect

Everything ! The room was so nice, the bathroom very clean ! Pure happiness to stay there 😍 I recommend 100%. And the swimming pool this the view are so nice.

Personnel preference, but the pillow where to thick for me. Also, it is a little remote from the city, so a motorbike is required.

It was a wonderful stay. I was on a solo trip. Thank you Pak Agus who's taking good care of me.

Such a friendly, kind, and attentive owner. Staff are good but need more improvement in level of service and need more manpower and security too. The location is amazing with direct access to nature and paddy fields, a haven for those who seek for tranquility, a serene and peaceful environment.

The room may get pretty hot during midday due to the room's wooden construction which is a natural conductor of heat transmission

L’hôtel est très récent, les infrastructures sont donc toutes neuves, propres et en bon état de fonctionnement. La vue dépaysante et le personnel très sympathique rendent le séjour très agréable.

Le gros problème de cet hôtel est l’emplacement. Il est situé au milieu de nul part dans la campagne à plus de 25min de voiture d’Ubud. A tel point que les Grab ne trouvent pas l’adresse pour venir nous chercher, c’est assez ennuyeux .. J’aurais aimé également que l’hôtel dispose d’un service de lessive.
