It is completely family friendly, with open plan living spaces, all set on the ground floor, and ideal for spending time as a family and enjoying long lazy lunches, days in the pool or basking in the sun, whilst overlooking the beautiful, warm waters of the Indian Ocean.
The decor is chic, luxurious, but casual and comfortable, where you and your family can unwind in a large, bright, airy and stylish space, with high end furnishings, finishes and state of the art appliances.
Upstairs there are 4 large bedrooms, all en suite.
Perfect for families or groups of friends, it is a stone's throw to the beach & restaurants, cafes & boutiques of this upmarket seaside town.
4 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, 3 baths, a stunning pool overlooking the ocean, & also just 10 kms from the bustling centre of Umhlanga with its malls, restaurants and nightlife. Bedroom 3 and 4 are interleading. Parking spaces for 3 reasonable size cars.

An absolute gem! This is an Umdloti holiday home that has it all, sweeping views of the Indian Ocean, large outside deck with huge open-plan lounge, pool, outside pizza oven & BBQ.
General house rules:
• No loud noise after 10pm
• No loud noise or disorderly conduct
• Please be aware of monkeys
• black bags remain in the house or otherwise in green bins outside
• No more than 8 occupants
• Cleaning fee is exit clean fee only
• please don’t lock house keys inside house.
• Once entry amenities are finished please restock yourselves
• Check out is 9am
Fines will be implemented if any house rules are broken!

For any power outages/faults this property has an inverter. Please do not allow kids to fiddle or play with inverter. Please do let us know of any power outages so we can report to the necessary department.
No partying or any loud music or noise past 10pm. This house is in a quiet, family friendly area. Any noise complaints will lead to immediate fining of house guests.
