Awesome Stay.. value for Money

I booked the Suite, and it was excellent. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was huge and well-maintained. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Miss Aysel greeted us warmly and provided excellent service with a smile. The hotel is in a prime location.

Excellent value for the price point, location and very friendly and helpful staff!

THE LOCATION IS FANTASTIC!! It’s 5-15 min walk to any attraction or tour meeting point, 5 min walk to the Old City Double Gates, 5 min or less to Nizami St, and around the corner from a slew of restaurants and dessert options as shopping. The staff is fantastic! Ali, Aycel (not sure about the spelling, the sweet young lady at the front desk) and the young man who helped with my bags coming and going and the more mature aged gentlemen at the desk with the beard that checked me in —everyone was so helpful with sufficient English for the desired outcome. Be sure to speak slowly and clearly. For my American friends, The rooms and bathroom are small, as expected in this part of the world. I am one person and it was fine, for two is a tight fit, be sure you like your traveling partner in close quarters ;) Water pressure is good. Be sure to toss toilet paper in the bin/trash, not the toilet. If they book you a taxi confirm with the hotel the price of the taxi and AGAIN when you get in the taxi, the driver tried to rip me off saying “I’ll tell you the price when we get there” but I had already confirmed with the front desk and told the driver I won’t get in his taxi unless he confirms the same price, he then agreed. There is trouble in most of Azerbaijan about 40% of the time with credit cards Visa and MC, something about communication with banks, and American Express you can just about forget it. Apple Pay works well about 80-90% of the time. It’s inconvenient, but have cash as a backup or book a hotel where you can prepay or the hotel has a bigger name that can deal with such credit transactions (Hilton, Sheraton, etc). However, for the price point and location and helpful staff, this cute little hotel is well worth it and I highly recommend it!

Cash is inconvenient and Credit card payment can be cumbersome and scary if you don’t have the cash on hand to cover your stay. I was able to pay with Apple Pay which was comforting, but it took a few attempts and swipes and fumbling before we came to this conclusion

الاقامة كانت ممتازة بغض النظر عن مدخل الفندق سيء

موقع المكان قريب من شارع نظامي والغرفة كانت جناح الغرفة واسعة جدا مع بلكونة والمرتبة مريحة جدا والتلفزيون سمارت يوجد به كل ماتحتاج يوتيوب وغيرة

يعيب الفندق مدخله مشترك مع ملاك اخرين ويقابلك اول ماتدخل درج صعب على كبار السن والاطفال وعند حمل الشنط ولا يوجد افطار بالفندق

- مدخل الفندق سيء وبه درج (حوالي طابق ونصف) وبدون مصعد - في معظم الاحيان لا يمكن للتكاسي الوصول للفندق بسبب اغلاق الشوارع واقرب نقطة تبعد حوال 250 مترا - تهوية دورات المياه سيء

מיקום מרכזי. הבחור בקבלה היה סופר חביב . החדר היה ממש מאובזר בכל דבר שתוכלו לחשוב עליו אבל לא נאה כמו בתמונה . החדר היה די קטן המקלחת הייתה כמו שצריך. שהייתי במלון משהו כמו 6 שעות לקראת טיסה מוקדמת אז סה"כ היה בסדר. התמורה הייתה בסדר. העיצוב - בסדר ... הכניסה למלון עצמו דרך מסדרון של בית מגורים ישן , לא ממש מרנין..

Amazing location, nice staff, welcoming vibes and a great place to stay!

The location is perfect. The room was spacious, excellent working AC, big bathroom, great balcony.

It could be a little noisy at night. But this didn’t detract from our enjoyment of the property.

It was good. The patio is an added advantage for guests who smoke.

Location. In the heart of old city with hundreds of places to eat and shop.

It’s not for people over 55. There are too many steps to climb to reach the hotel and thereafter to the room. Tiring to go up and down. No kitchen on property but all restaurants are less than a minute walk. The bathrooms are very small

1. Первый, кого увидели в номере, была моль))) 2. Оторвано сидение от унитаза 3. Сочится вода из шланга к унитазу 4. Ванная-комната уставшая 5. Постельное белье в катышках 6. Очень сильная слышимость (мешает спать)

I had a delightful stay at a Zimmer. The room was clean and surprisingly adorned with beautiful artwork, creating a cozy atmosphere. The staff, Orkan and Nezar, were exceptionally kind and hospitable during check-in and check-out. Farid and I had a pleasant conversation, who was remarkably kind and helpful. Highly recommend this place for a wonderful experience.

Rahat, temiz, sıcak ve sessiz muhteşem bir oda

Odayı o kadar çok beğendim ki, çıkıp gezmekten bile neredeyse alıkoyuyordu beni. Yatak çok geniş ve çok rahattı. Dekorasyon ve renkler harikaydı. TV tam istediğim büyüklükteydi, Netflix ve Youtube mevcuttu. İnternet hızlı, oda ve banyo tertemizdi. Canımı sıkan hiç bir şey olmadı. İnternette saatlerce aradığıma ve fiyatına değer bir 3 gece geçirdim. Keyifli balkonundan Fevvareler Meydanını görebiliyorsunuz, barların olduğu bir sokağa bakıyor. Balkonun 2 tane kapısı olduğundan dışarıdaki sesler içeri hiç gelmiyor. Oda sıcacık, ısıtma sistemi çok iyi. Ben otel odalarında sarı ve loş ışık olmasını severim, bu odada da ışıklar tam olarak istediğim gibiydi. Bir daha geldiğimde asla başka yerde kalmayı düşünmüyorum. Bakü'den ayrılırken odaya da veda etmek zorunda kaldığım için üzüldüğümü söyleyebilirim.

Tek eksiği otelin restoranının bulunmaması, ama zaten bunun için civarda çok fazla restoran var ve otele yakın olan restoran da otel müşterilerine anlaşmalı fiyattan hizmet veriyormuş. Ben denemeye gerek duymadım. Başka olumsuz diyebileceğim hiç bir şey olmadı.

В первую очередь хочется отметить дружелюбный персонал, чистоту в номере и конечно же локацию. Было все-все необходимое и даже больше. Netflix <3

Очень жесткая и высокая подушка, приходилось спать на халате:) в нашем номере плохо работал вай-фай, приходилось иногда подходить к входной двери и пользоваться им там. А также кнопка на унитазе очень жестко нажималась, приходилось прикладывать усилия каждый раз.

Все достопримечательности на выходе у отеля. Персонал русско-англоязычный; приятные и услужливые =] Позавтракать решили в одном из многих центральных ресторанов, которые находятся в окружении отеля, так как даже 5 звёздочные отели не предоставили бы завтраки, которые есть в ресторанах центральных улиц.
