Master double bedroom has superb sea views with access to the front balcony plus an en-suite bathroom with Bath, WC & hand basin. The second bedroom is again a spacious bedroom which can be arranged as a twin or a king with en-suite which contains shower, WC and hand basin.

En-suite with bath in master bedroom and an en-suite with a shower in the second bedroom along with an additional WC in the hall.
Kitchen & Dining:
Well equipped open plan modern kitchen & dining area. Kitchen is well equipped with Fridge, Freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven & hob.
Lounge:
The lounge in Pandora 7 is sensational with its large full height bi-fold doors to take advantage of the superb coastal views which opens onto the large sunny balcony, also in the lounge you will find the gas fired 'wood burner' style fire place.
Outside/Garden:
Large south facing sunny balcony with views over Woolacombe Bay, Atlantic Ocean, Hartland Point, Baggy Point as well as inland over Potters Hill. You also have the use of the communal gardens with apple trees, brick built barbecue and lawn area.
Parking:
Designated parking space to the front of the property.

Leave Barnstaple on A361 Braunton/Ilfracombe road. Go through Braunton, approx. 4 to 5 miles after Braunton you come to Mullacott Cross Roundabout ? turn left to Woolacombe. Follow the road to Woolacombe ? as you get into Woolacombe you pass the Narracott Hotel on your right, take the next turning on the right, Sandy Lane, a few yards up this road there is a minor cross roads Pandora Court is the house on the right at this junction, please turn right and park in the space, marked number 7.
