About this house rental
There are 15 steps from the parking lot to the main floor. Then, another flight of steps to get up to the 2 king bedrooms on the top floor.
Come live like a local for a bit! We encourage folks to arrive by 4 wheel drive if possible. Upon turning into our road, you will experience stone and unpaved roads for about 1 mile. Non-4x4 can also make the trek but will require slower ride. Note that in the winter, we strongly encourage 4-wheel drive. We love the adventure but want to make sure you are prepared as well. Don't let this scare you, though! 94% of our guests give us 5 stars on location!

Primary renter must be 26 or older; no groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old
Pet Rules: There is a $150 flat fee for dogs, a maximum of 2 dogs. No other pets are allowed. Must provide age and breeds as you book, must be fully house-trained, and we do not allow puppies. It must not be left unattended inside. All outdoor droppings picked up. All animals, including service animals, must be included in the registration form as per Community Rules.
Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.
