An exclusive oceanfront community perched on a scenic bluff just west of Coast Highway 101. This gated haven boasts 255 elegant townhomes, offering resort-style living and direct access to the beach. Within Seabluffe, discover a private staircase nestled between Parliament Road and Tattenham Road. Additionally, the nearby Grandview Beach Access, accessible through a gate at the south end of the complex, ensures easy entry to the beach from Tattenham Road turning into Neptune Avenue.
Seabluffe is thoughtfully designed with spacious layouts, expansive green grass, and mature trees, allowing residents to enjoy the beauty of nature. The community features amenities tailored for an active lifestyle, including four illuminated tennis courts, four pickleball courts, two refreshing swimming pools (one heated year-round), a relaxing Jacuzzi, and a half basketball court situated on one of the tennis courts. Families with young children will appreciate the dedicated play area designed especially for toddlers.
