Palm Street 2 is a newly renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartament, located in the heart of the old town of Puerto de la Cruz and just a short walk from the beach, the fishing pier, the Plaza del Charco (the nerve centre of Puerto de la Cruz), bars and restaurants. It is completely equipped with full kitchen, washing machine, high speed Wifi (fibre optic), and 50 inch Smart TV with satellite connection and Netflix.
This bright and sunny flat is on the 1st floor of a 3-storey building. Ideal for families with children or groups of friends, its living room has large windows with views of the Teide, dining table for 8 people, 2 double sofas, tea tables and a 50-inch Smart TV with Netflix and satellite with channels from different countries. There is a small space at the back with a glass door leading to a small balcony, where you can read, work or relax.
The location of the flat is unbeatable. Situated on Calle Mequinez, a charming palm tree lined street within the fishermen's quarter of Puerto de la Cruz. As you walk towards the city centre, you will pass by murals, typical houses of this neighbourhood with beautiful deco/paintings. It is like an open air art museum. There are a variety of cafes, restaurants and typical tascas around the area. There are also greengrocers, shops and supermarkets. Parallel to Calle Mequinez is Calle San Felipe, with some of the best restaurants in town.
All basic and necessary services are a stone's throw away from the accommodation.
