Overall a great stay. Enjoyed using all amenities. If using the kitchen for cooking and serving meals, it would help to add a few more dishes:such as a serving bowl for salads ( I left the plastic one I purchased) and catch bowl for ice cubes. The bath room living room and bedroom were very relaxing. Thank you for a great place to stay.

Absolutely stunning view. You can watch so many fish and other sea creatures just swimming by. Anything from Nurse Sharks to Parrot Fish. Even little Horse Shoe Crabs and blue crabs wonder by. The house is adorable and very cozy. It was perfect for coming home after a long day of fishing and exploring. And the hot tub was so wonderful. If you're looking for a little home by the water, I highly recommend this place. We will definitely come back again.

Nice home, located on water with a dock, for smaller boats to use. All essentials were available in the home which was nice. I have a truck and had to park sideways and there is only one

My wife and I booked this location for our 5th year anniversary. Before we unloaded our bags from the car we went inside to check it out and immediately and almost in union we both said “we are definitely staying here again!” Again that was before unloading the car-our stay was great. Quite comfortable and the perfect size for the two of us! The hot tub was amazing and yes...it WAS a hot tub-104 degrees being the lowest it hit it was fantastic. Huge mangrove snapper and barracuda right from the dock, shrimp and lobster visible at night, awesome iguanas all around-it was a mini paradise! We cannot wait for our next stay! At such a place of stay my wife and I love to cook-kitchen had the necessities, the grill worked perfect and the land shark dining table almost went home with me 😆! There were a few things like large salad bowls or certain utensils and better knives we would have liked to see when we used the kitchen and some room darkening shades couldn’t hurt but anything like that was simply a First World problem-everything provided was enough to get by for sure! Seriously an 11/10-i actually was hesitant giving it such a great rating since we wanted to be selfish and keep the place for ourselves! Going to party in KW? It’s moments away...want to go up and get some awesome drinks from Islamorada? The distance is a breeze! It was an amazing experience all around!

The house was great, clean and decorated nicely. Close to downtown Key West and all the keys have to offer. The only negative was lack of a way to sleep in past sunrise due to window covering in bedroom. We would suggest an optional blind or something to allow guests to sleep past 6AM while on vacation.

Between having a place with a deck right on the water, and having our very own hot tub, this is for sure where we will be staying in the future if possible! Super clean, great AC, great cooking space; the list goes on. Awesome time here!

Overall this was a great little place in Key West to stay. It was right on the water, had everything the two of us needed for a half-week stay. Very clean, loved the hot tub, and the place was thoughtfully designed. Something to be aware of, it’s about a 20-25 min drive to Duval St in Key West so a car was definitely needed but fortunately we had rented one. Overall a great getaway home

The unit was newly renovated, but the living room A-C had a very funky odor, and there was no place to park a boat trailer (which we found out when we arrived). The listing states boat dockage, but doesn't detail that prior arrangements should be made to store trailer.

Maybe more kitchen supplies, We didn't have any dish towels at all so we had to use the bathroom towels for our kitchen area.
Little tiny tiny tiny little ants / bugs but I'm thinking it's from the water and the area which is fine they didn't harm us or get in our personal spaces..wildlife and iguana and our dove friends in tree soooo cool Even though they wanna eat the eggs lol
Neighbors friendly! We felt safe! The authentic area with all different lifestyles was awesome !
The hot tub great clean, Had some residual oils on the top of the water but we turned it on and it had no odors and was great!
Easy to get in and out! Very awesome spot we would love to stay again! ❤️
