Great rental for our family. Some things a little unclear such as bikes that were supposed to be available and communication was a little slow, but the rental was in great shape. This was from a year ago, so i did find it odd at the rental company just reviewed us and asked us for areview

It was a nice place for the price. Close to the things you need. Not far from all touristy areas. Many local restaurants to choose from. As listed on VRBO, needs other updates. Mattresses in both rooms old need to be replaced. Tendency to roll toward middle. Needs new hair dryer in Master bedroom with longer cord.

The property was close enough to all the activities yet far enough way from the hustle and bustle. (15/20 min Uber ride). Pool was delightful. Apt had all the necessities. Place was very dated but surface clean. Could use a good deep clean but was totally fine for our weekend stay. No complaints! Nice place and would stay again!

It served a purpose of being with friends that live on the island. The pool was closed in the morning when we wanted to use it, and most of the time we came back after dark and it was closed again. It’s a quick water to the water, enjoyed having coffee with sun coming up.

We enjoyed our stay here. Small but comfortable for 5 people. We weren't there much due to exploring the island. Definitely recommend renting a vehicle as it's a 15 minute drive from most attractions.

We have a pleasant 3 nights staying at Cozumel Suite! The unit is very clean, a Family Oriented Set up! Very accessible to elevator and parking lot, I will definitely come back next year and stay at this property!

I loved that there were 2 bedrooms and bathrooms! It was tucked away on the quiet side of the island which was good for having kids in Key West but you will need transportation. The pool and hot tub were great! The condo needs a little updating. The bathrooms were dated but functional. The master bed was hard and squeaky.

The trash receptacle was located right outside of our room and our room smelled horribly every day. We called and asked them to take of the smell and to please move us but they never called us back. We ended up deciding to leave early and when we called the property managers to explain why, they never called us back and we are out that those extra days for money. The trash was so bad that the garbage shoot was stuffed full and people left their garbage on the floor outside of the room we were in.

The sunrise suites were an affordable choice in key west. Not walking distance to any of the bars/restaurants/tours so you’ll need a car or use other transportation, but price and size reflect this. Spacious 2 bed/2bath comfortably slept 5, pool was clean and refreshing. The condo itself is dated, but everything worked fine.

This property was nice. A little overpriced but I would stay here again. The maintenance team was very quick to changing out our chirping fire alarm. The front desk actually answers the phones when you need more towels. The condo was clean and pictures were adequate. Its a short walk away from the ocean. We rented a golf cart and that was perfect for our beach going!!

Unfortunately, our room was located right near the trash chute and the noise every time someone disposed of their trash was truly disruptive and disturbing especially at night. Also, the location was too far away from Duval Street which was the main attraction for us. I would not recommend this suite.

But once you looked @ the furniture, etc it became apparent that things were in desperate need of renovation!In the kitchen the waste disposer was broken, but we weren’t aware of it, so it backed up! The dishwasher was broken, and the top 2 shelves of the fridge fell down after we put a few groceries on it!In the Master Bedroom the King Bed was like sleeping on a board! And in the bathroom the wall with the faucet, etc is about to fall! And it backed up on rhe 1st shower! After taking the stopper totally off the shower drained. It was totally out of the way & thankfully we rented a “clown” car to get around!
