This was our second stay at the Forget Me Not Chalet. Experiencing Breckenridge in the spring had a special kind of magic. The lines to restaurants were shorter than in ski season which gave us more time to explore everything Breckenridge and the surrounding area has to offer. It was great to work with Kate again. She is a fantastic host. The chalet was immaculate and as charming and well equipped as it was on our previous stay. Thank you, Kate! We will come again.

Our family loved this cabin. So very cozy - so close to everything in Breck - but gave us the feeling of being "away" because it was so tucked away in the (huge!) trees! Views from the living room/back deck are breathtaking. My kids just loved the bunk room. We had a great time!

Great cabin, great location. Rented this for a week pretty much off of the reviews on VRBO. We were not disappointed. Everything was fantastic. Perfect location for hiking. Did some rafting and in all it was a fantastic vacation.

Reviewer Comments:
The rental was clean upon first inspection and we were able to settle in. However, we did notice that the rental was not as clean as we would have hoped. For example, in the dining area there was a large cobweb hanging on the right-side wall. Later in the week we found a good sized (dime) spider on the floor of the bathroom, which I suspect is who made that. Another small issue was the top of the fridge had not been dusted in some time, it had a thick layer of dust. Also, the downstairs bathroom has squeaky subfloors which made a noise anytime you stood in front of the sink. The bed in the downstairs bedroom is super noisy. Expect to hear a loud squeak whenever you turn in bed. Another small issue was there was a vent in the kitchen floorboard that was not screwed in all the way. Maybe it had been cleaned and not screwed back in? The hot tub was nice, however there was way too much chlorine. The first morning we found out that the coffee maker did not work, it was stuck on a descaling mode and would not start. We sent the property manager a text and when we got back from lunch they had placed a new Black and Decker coffee maker in our mud room.

Fantastic experience. Place was clean and super well stocked in the kitchen. Great location close to Breckenridge but feels secluded.

Our family checked in and unpacked at 'Forget me Not' which we thought was perfect for our family of 5. It was in great shape, had everything we wanted, was cozy and just what we were looking for. Unfortunately there was an issue with the water pressure and within an hour of unpacking we were contacted by the property manager to change location. They managed the situation very well and placed us in another home immediately. The new location worked well, had all the same amenities and was excellent. Overall we were very happy, had a great trip and would definitely rent through Summit Mtn again.

From the moment we arrived, everyone in our group was so happy with our decision to rent Forget Me Not. Upon arrival we all noticed how clean the cabin was. Our group had 4 adults and two kids (9/12). There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out as needed but still cozy enough for us all to eat meals and sit by the fire together. The lower level was only accessible through an exterior door near the hot tub, which was not an issue for us. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs and we cooked many meals here. And the views are amazing from the deck and balcony. We all took photos there with the mountains in the background. Getting to Breck is easy and just 5 minutes by car. Our group is already planning our next trip and will definitely consider this cabin again.

Great place not far from the slopes. The hot tub on the porch was beautiful and perfect for the winter stay.

Stayed here Presidents day weekend and it couldn't have been better. House was even better than described. Everything is remodeled with a well equipped kitchen. Mudroom is heated so you can leave your boots to dry and still be warm.

Thoroughly enjoyed my extended stay at this property. Only recommendation I have is for the bedrooms to add some blinds or shades! Windows in all bedrooms were bare while all others had shades and blinds

We didn’t end up staying in this property due to what I understand was a water leak. The rental company was able to put us up in a different place that met our needs well. They reached out and made it really smooth. Was as good a trip as it could be.
