The Carriage House is an exceptional holiday home comprising of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area, a utility, and a snug. Appliances include a gas range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, two Smart TVs, and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes, one with en-suite bathroom, a double, and a family room with a double and single, serviced by a bathroom and shower room. Outside, there is a decked seating area with furniture, and sunken patio area with sun loungers, along with off-road parking for four cars. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.6 miles, a pub. Please note, this property welcomes two well-behaved dogs but is non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Make memories with loved ones by booking The Carriage House. This delightful historic seaside town boasts a maze of narrow streets, with an interesting array of shops and cafes, whilst the sandy beach lends itself to great bathing and watersports, and the bustling little harbour offers regular fishing trips, or try your hand at fossil hunting. Within an easy drive is the quaint town of Axminster, or how about a ride on the Seaton Tramway? A glorious location for a varied and interesting holiday.
