A beautiful paradise you want to return to

We had the best days in Johanna’s little paradise. Actually so good, that we decided to return later on our 4 weeks vacation in Mauritius. We felt at home the second we arrived. So we ended up spending 8 good nights there. Johanna met us in the garden and showed us around in the very spacious and beautifully decorated 2nd floor apartment. She served us delicious croissants, as we arrived in the morning. We especially loved the terrace and the garden with the pool and the barbecue. And Johanna is the best and most kind host ever!!

The most beautiful and peaceful place for your stay in Mauritius

We had the best days in Johanna’s little paradise. Actually so good, that we decided to return later on our 4 weeks vacation in Mauritius. We felt at home the second we arrived. So we ended up spending 8 good nights there. Johanna met us in the garden and showed us around in the very spacious and beautifully decorated 2nd floor apartment. We loved the terrace and the garden with the pool and the barbecue. And Johanna is so kind and helpful. She made us a document with interesting things to see and do in the different regions of Mauritius.

Perfect for vacation

We spent a pleasant week in this spacious, comfortable cottage. Cozy garden, but our favorite was the huge balcony. The location is close to most tourist spots, making it ideal for exploring the island.

Wyjątkowe, kolorowe, egzotyczne i niezwykle gościnne miejsce.

Lakaz Del Sol jest wyjątkowym miejscem w którym nie tylko można poczuć wakacyjny, tropikalny klimat, ale również opieką gospodyni Joanny jest niespotykana. Ten uroczy, kolorowy raj który został przez nią stworzony jest nie do opisania. Wszystko było idealne!

Een pareltje in Mauritius!

Ruime accommodatie, heel schoon en alles aanwezig. Fijn ingerichte keuken met alles erin. Super mooie tuin met een heerlijk zwembad en prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. En Johanna was onwijs lief en vol passie. Helemaal top!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin mit vielen Tips für Unternehmungen und den besten Restaurants! Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen! Das Appartement war perfekt ausgestattet, mit neuesten Geräten in der Küche, privater Terrasse und wunderschönem Ambiente! Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen!

Hidden paradise

Big apartment with a lot of space for our family with two kids. Very clean! and well decorated with kitchen equipped with all necessary stuff Beautiful garden with clean swimming pool The most of all - the host Johanna is pleasant and helpful person who runs this hidden paradise very well with passion I recommend this place to everyone who wants a comfortable accommodation with privacy for reasonable price

Wow, just amazing, go now before everyone finds out

It's just amazing and perfect. If you, as I was before booking, are doubting that this place can be as good as all the reviews say - don't doubt it! It really is that good. We took the risk and stayed in the 1st floor apartment, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and enormous terrace with a view over the garden/pool. Beds top quality, showers brand new, kitchen perfectly equipped with top end pots, etc. And it was so worth it! - it's really much better than the photos. Johanna is totally invested in the place which makes a huge difference. She is so fun and friendly and took great care of us during Cyclone Belal. Another advantage we had not anticipated was that it's up a slight hill, so if there is bad weather, you are much better off. We liked this area more than Grand Baie, it's less touristy, more residential. Don't hesitate, book now (while it's still affordable...)

Really nothing, it was better than anything we expected. But important to know that you do really need a car. The area where the villa is is very nice but walking 2km to the (nice) beach, restaurants or Super U is not really feasible.

Amazing appartments on the mindblowing island :)

- We got much more than expected. All the consumables in the kitchen, in the bathroom… Even beach chairs and sun umbrella - Johanna is an amazing hostess! She helped us all along our vacation, advised where to go, what to see, whom to call and much more - The appartments itself are very cosy and comfortable with great view (we stayed on the highest floor) and lovely barbecue area near the pool. From the very first day you can feel how much love and effort Johanna brought to this place. We loved a lot this specific place and Mauritius in general. Will come back for sure!

Un séjour parfait

Nous voyageons beaucoup, nous avons séjourné dans des établissements de tout type, et nous pouvons dire que c'est le meilleur accueil que nous ayons jamais connu. Johanna est une personne exceptionnelle, d'une gentillesse rare, toujours à l'écoute et qui fait le maximum pour que vous passiez un séjour merveilleux. Les logements sont décorés avec beaucoup de goût, très confortables et fonctionnels, d'une propreté irréprochable. Le coin est calme (quartier résidentiel) et central pour se rendre ensuite sur les plages de Tamarin ou du Morne. Merci encore pour cette parenthèse enchantée.

Séjour exceptionnel! Nous recommandons vivement

Quelle séjour extraordinaire à l'île Maurice! Ce petit coin de paradis à Tamarin a dépassé toutes nos attentes. Chaque aspect de cette propriété était impeccable et soigneusement entretenu, depuis le magnifique jardin jusqu'à la piscine, en passant par l'espace bar et barbecue. La literie était toute neuve et très confortable, et la cuisine entièrement équipée, incluant même une machine Nespresso avec des capsules offertes ! Johanna, la propriétaire, s'est montrée exceptionnelle, attentive à chaque détail, allant jusqu'à nous offrir des viennoiseries fraiches le lendemain de notre arrivée, comme nous n'avions pas eu le temps de faire les courses la veille. L'emplacement était idéal, à seulement quelques minutes en voiture de la plage (la Baie de Tamarin super pour les dauphins et La Preneuse pour la plongée dans une eau turquoise). Et à proximité de nombreux restaurants et supermarchés. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu à l'île Maurice, et nous exprimons notre profonde gratitude envers Johanna pour sa gentillesse et son souci du détail. A bientot on l'espere!

Amazing experience!

We had the privilege of being the inaugural guest in this place – Lakaz Del Sol - now that's what I call some top-tier VIP vibes! Seriously, it's like they snapped their fingers and turned this place into a total dream. Everything's spanking new, from the appliances to the sheets – talk about a comfy setup. The garden? Straight-up luxury vibes. Big pool, BBQ area, and there's even this cool bar next to the pool. Picture this: tables under the trees, perfect for chilling and soaking up the good vibes with your crew. They've got this departure lounge that's like the cherry on top (perfect for my late check-out), plus they also have free private parking. Just a quick 3-minute drive and you're at the beach, surrounded by top-notch restaurants and supermarket. The host, Johanna, went above and beyond to make sure everything was on point. Seriously, everything was spot-on, and we're already making plans to roll back next year for a longer stay and this time with some friends. Big shoutout to the host for making our stay next-level awesome. Can't wait to do it all over again! See you soon!
