Great place! We easily rode our bikes every day to Ally’s Beach, Rosemary Beach, and The Hub. The Beach was easily accessible. Pool was heated which was nice since we visited earlier this month. Property management is great. We look forward to returning!

Great house and absolute best location. 1 min walk to beach, 1 mile east of the Hub, 1 mile west of rosemary (can bike to either in 10 min).

We had a fantastic time. House was clean and met all of our needs. Enjoyed having the bikes and the quick walk to the beach.

Great place for easy beach access

The cottage was all that was shown. It felt very clean, was decorated attractively, stocked/equipped well and managed expertly! The “shed” was stocked with all the beach equipment you would need and we loved the bikes.
The screen porch was a favorite…very comfy furniture!
We would highly recommend.

Beautiful home, convenient to Rosemary, The Hub and Seaside and a very short walk across the street to the beach. The host was outstanding and the house is very well appointed and nicely decorated.

Charming and spacious home. Fully stocked kitchen and bath basics were appreciated. Favorite spot was the screened porch. Easy walking to pool and beach and bikes for trips to Alys or Rosemary. Thanks for a great stay!

This was the perfect home for our family of 5 plus grandparents. The home is a short walking distance to the beach. Close enough for my 3 year old to walk without being carried! There is a shed with plenty of beach gear including umbrellas, sand toys, and bikes. The home is clean and had everything we needed. The property owner is very responsive to questions. 10/10 stars!

Our family had such a great time. This property is clean and tidy, homey and warm. Love to come back at some point. Location right across the street from the beach. Minutes to restaurants and shopping.

This was our first time at the Florida panhandle, and we were very blessed to get the best vacation home our first time there. We needed a place where my husband could relax, where our three kids (ages 6, 11, and 13) could have fun, and where we were in close proximity to the beach as well as restaurants and a grocery store. But we also didn’t want to be near high-rises or hustle and bustle. This home was perfect for us. The owners clearly care that their renters feel at home and that all their needs are met. The home is beautiful, clean, very comfortable, has everything you need for cooking meals, has games and movies, has beach chairs and umbrellas, has four adult bikes, is less than 10 minutes from Publix, is a 2-minute walk to the beach, is an easy bike ride to restaurants and shops, and all in all was everything we wanted in a vacation home. We spent five wonderful days relaxing at the beach, riding bikes to lunch or dinner, playing games, reading, and eating at “home”, and then repeating the process all over again. We have no complaints with this home. The home also has a very good “feel” to it. We’d stay here again without hesitation. Thanks for helping make our vacation awesome!

Great property. Very short walk to both beach and pool. The family had a great time.

Perfect location. Perfectly equipped. Quick walk to beach. Screened in porch was heaven. We had 7- three teens- and were at max capacity but all comfortable. Management was very responsive. Lovely neighborhood. Would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean and family friendly. We loved the space. This was our second time in this neighborhood, but first time at this property! It was a very short walk to the beach. We came back several times throughout each day, and it wasn’t a big at all to make the walk back and forth. We enjoyed our stay!

This property was a great fit for our family of 5. Loved the quiet location and easy access to the beach. House was well stocked and we appreciated the use of beach gear supplied by the rental. Lots of families around and felt very safe. Loved the screened porch.

We had a wonderful stay! Very quiet and comfortable. Loved sitting on the screened porch and enjoyed using the provided bikes for morning and evening rides. Perfect area for staying between Panama City and Destin. We have stayed in this community many times before but this was closest to the beach access than the other homes.

We had an amazing week, this house was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. A very short walk to both the pool and the beach, the location was perfect. Super clean with everything you could need in the kitchen. We look forward to coming back soon!

Our family had a great vacation at this rental! The house was exceptionally clean, well equipped & owner was very accommodating. So nice to have beach gear & a well stocked home! The location to the beach was even better than expected making very easy access for the family. Plenty of room for everyone and a great screened porch. Hope to return!

Very comfortable and clean home and the location to the beach is so convenient! We made it down to the beach for sunset every night. The area is not congested so it's easy to get in and out. Highly recommend this place!

This was our second time in the neighborhood, first time in this property. Everything was great, it was even undersold in the listing. Leave your beach chairs at home and save that room for souvenirs. Everything was clean and well put together. Eric responded immediately to questions and was very friendly. Beach access was incredibly easy with such a short walk. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Over the years we have stayed at Rosemary, Watercolor and Grayton Beach, but this slice of 30A coastline was by far our favorite. It's not near as crowded as Rosemary and Watercolor, but it's centrally located to these other beach areas. We loved the house and enjoyed spending time on the screened in porch during the hot times of the day and in the evening. The house is an easy walk to the beach and even over memorial day weekend the beach wasn't as crowded as many of the other spots on 30A. The house is located where it's an easy bike ride to Alys or WaterSound to grab a bite to eat. The house comes with four bikes which our son and his friend loved. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect. Spring break rush hour traffic from 11:00AM to 11:00pm. Thousands of kids on bikes.

Extremely well-kept and well-equipped home! The bikes and beach items in the shed were a huge plus, as was the proximity to the beach and the quiet community. We'd stay here again any time!

This rental home was beautiful, comfortable, and very convenient access to everything we needed. A minute walk to the beach, and the screened in patio was an added bonus that we enjoyed every night. The community pool was heated and the perfect temperature, even on a cool day. The house had everything we needed including a shed full of beach gear. Would definitely come back to this home!

We loved the location and amenities of the property. The screened porch was perfect for the rainy days. Managers were super-responsive to questions. We enjoyed the wine happy hours at the Waterhouse Provisions just a few steps away! Hope to come back soon!!!
